If I could rate it a zero I would. This place is run by commission hungry people. The experience my father had was horrible, they added so many surcharges on to his account and when we tried to return a phone that was never touched and within policy they said they needed a manager approval and denied us from doing it and then proceeded to say that they will call me when they got “in contact with the manager”. Muhammed was the salesperson/ contact. He took advantage of my father’s language barrier and the last interaction my father had with him was borderline discriminatory. I don’t recommend any one to go here! The way they run their business it should be reported to the better business bureau.

I had a frustrating experience with Verizon's customer service and this store. Despite being overcharged for two out of four SIM plans for 18 months, numerous calls and hours spent in chat didn't resolve the issue. Corporate office was saying that the store didn’t apply credit to you for the two sims.
Additionally, I rented a home internet router that didn't work in my area, and after returning it, I was incorrectly charged $200. Repeated visits to the this local store confirmed the return, but the corporate office still hasn't refunded me after almost two years. I'm extremely disappointed and feel that Verizon's handling of this situation is unacceptable."

They are a very bad branch. They do not want to serve customers and do not answers to questions. I advise against visiting or seeking help from them.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Verizon store in 1953 Daniel Stuart and I must say, my experience was outstanding thanks to one employee in particular. From the moment I walked in, Omar greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. They immediately made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
Throughout my visit, Omar demonstrated an impressive knowledge of Verizon's products and services. They patiently listened to my needs and preferences, offering insightful recommendations tailored to my requirements. Their expertise helped me find the perfect phone and plan without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
What truly stood out was Omar’s exceptional customer service skills. They were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Avoid Omar and Zahir! I went in to upgrade, NOTHING they did worked.
1) They said it would transfer but I had to pay them $120. NOTHING was transferred. I had to go to another Verizon store to get it done CORRECTLY!
2) NONE of the apps or passwords transferred like they said.
3) They added over $120 MORE in UNASKED for charges!
4) I asked REPEATEDLY how much would my monthly bill go up. They said under $10. My bill went up from $151 to $278!!
5) They didn't add any of the fees I PAID them to the but they didn't put into the system so Verizon said I NEVER paid and Now I've got to pay DOUBLE!
I've been on the phone with Verizon for 2 HOURS dealing with their screw up! $278! From $151 What are they doing?

The worst of the worst, they hide you in order to sell, I do not recommend it to anyone in particular this store.
It is not recommended that they hide information from you with the sole objective of selling, I changed in this store three months ago and it has been the worst decision.

Top tier customer service!, I switched from T-mobile to Verizon and Mohammad Siddiqui took his time and was able to provide me the best deal out possible. I would definitely refer me family and friends to this location.
