My dog was not feeling well, I knew they were set to close at 8 pm so rushed to get there. I arrive at 7:52 pm, thinking I made it before the doors closed. I go in explain that he needs to be seen and they respond, well we are about to close so here are a few places you can take him. One place was 20 mins away and the other was 30 mins away. Now I understand that they were closing soon but I was always under the impression that we served customers until the doors are locked. If you are going to stay open and refuse customers, why not go ahead and lock the doors? This was bad customer service on their end and I was very disappointed in how they handled this situation.

Took my little dog who was sick to VCA for ER services. They took care of him and kept him for fluid and medicine. It was a little expensive but it was worth it. They took good care of him and I picked him up in the afternoon feeling better. Everyone one at VCA were so kind and helpful as always.

Great Hospital! The people at the front desk are really nice and professional. Nurse and doctor are very knowledgeable. It was my first visit, just for wellness check up. It was free of charge. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Saved my cat’s life. Diagnosed his issue accurately. They seem to really care. Only downside is cost but really, we are happy to have our old chap with us still. I’ve had 5 cats over the last 14 years and I’ve had them all (but the last one) eventually put to sleep at VCA when the time came. That process is an emotionally gutting experience and they do their best to comfort you through it and treat your pet with dignity. Memorial services are very nice for your departed pet as well. Overall can’t ask for more.

Staff was very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding my Milo’s ear situation. Seems very concerned and understood how frustrating curing an infection can be. VCA offers a wonderful care club program that offers discounts on visits and immunizations!

Extremly carrying and always so professional and helpful with my pups . Only reason I don't give a 5 star rating is because they are somewhat pricy compared to a non profit vet I found not too far away .

Thank you VCA for taking care of my darling Ollie. It was the second time he had an ear infection and the first time he had conjunctivitis. I was so worried, I decided to go in for an emergency visit and I was there 10 minutes after I called. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming, the nurse was gentle and understanding, and the doctor was knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything to me. It was an emergency visit so of course, the price was high, but I would pay anything to have my baby well again. I also appreciated that the office gave me a call a couple days later to check on Ollie. He has receovered beautifully. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend this hospital.

I have visited this place on a few occasions, and we have been satisfied each time. You can tell they really care about what they do. Two different pets, and they have both felt comfortable, cared for and welcomed when they visited here.

!!!Horrible do not come!!!!. They will do all kinds of stuff to your animal, not explain then expect you to pay. If you can't they will makes jokes about it. Like everyone one can pay 1k out of no where. 200 dollars just to see a vet. Lol more then it cost for me to see a doctor

On october 11 me and my sister took our hamster to get cremated and ask them to bring the ashes back. We paid for the service. The cashier who select the option was Lanet G!. is already more than 2 weeks, we have to call them to ask for the ashes and they said that were an mistake and the ashes will be with us soon. They called again saying that they were unavailable to bring the ashes back, and they said the ashes are in west virginia!!! Not even bother to say the exact address to visit my Bucky!! I still can't believe what they did. I also have 3 cats registered in this hospital and I'm definitely removing my cats from this place. Never coming back.
