unsatisfied customer at your service station located at14103 Richmond Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191.Here's why:In September of this year I received a oil change service from the location above. Employee was polite and helpful. Service was swift and fast. No problem with the customer service part. The issue that I have is I came back for an oil change or a top off on November 28th. The person who greeted me told me that there was no oil in my car. Which I couldn't understand. I ask to see if there was a leak or crack on and around the oil pan. It was confirmed it wasn't any damage present at the time. Few days later. December 1st. I went and got a state inspection 3 blocks from the oil shop. It was confirmed from the mechanic that there was a leak and that whoever did my oil change did NOT screw everything back up correctly and that I did not have any oil leaks from damage to my car. The mechanic did indeed fix the mistakes that had been made by Valvoline employee.The same day I returned back to Valvoline to speak with a manager about the situation. He did explain a couple things to me about how they can not screw back everything too tight or too loose. He also ask for my name and phone so that he can contact me after he review the video to see if there were any mistakes made during my oil change.I have not heard back from that manager since I left that day. I have called the next day and was placed on hold and eventually hung up on.I am contacting you to ask for a full refund from the 2 times that I had came for service. I feel as if I was hustled out my money for bad service. From my understanding from another mechanic and a car sells men that there was no need to have another oil change if there were no oil present at the time of service in November. This was technically you guys mistake on not doing an oil change service correctly. This could have damaged my car in many ways. This could have caused damaged period to a person.Not interested in discounted or money off any service from your company. I would like my 2 times refund from September and November service.You can not convinced me and say it was my fault or its my car. I never had this issue before I came to y'all for service

Not pushy, got oil changed and tires rotated and balanced plus he gave me $10 off! Super nice and helpful staff, answered all my questions !

Got stuck in VA on a cross country trip and the guys here helped get me a new cat for my 97 Ram and get it welded in same day. Total life savers if I could leave more stars I could. Total class act from the team here everyone was so helpful and I truly appreciate their help.

When my car hit 60k miles, I took it to get an transmission fluid change, once I got the car back, a month later, it starts to act up, first thing I do is to take it to the shop and check every fluid and for my surprise the transmission fluid was BLACK the car wasn’t driven hard or had a long trip, but the fluid wasn’t changed. I went back to see if I could get my money worth and actually get the job “professionally” done, but whoever was in charge didn’t like it the idea to do something that wasn’t done before.I would never have any of the people I car go to this place

My husband and I came here for an oil change. Came back home parked the car and it seemed fine. The next day on my way to work we see smoke and smells like burnt oil. There a leak of oil somewhere. A leak that was never there before that oil change. Of course we come back to the location to get it checkout and easily they washed their hands saying they are not responsible for it. That they did not touch anywhere else but change oil. I will email corporate and I will email the BBB! Now I have to figure out what cost the oil leakage in my car! Knowing that my car was a perfect conditions before I got there!

I believe the folks here to be dishonest. Was told that my truck had a leak somewhere but they couldn’t determine where. Said they could investigate further for an additional charge. Based on the way they were describing this to me, It just didn’t feel right, so I declined and took it straight to my local Chevrolet dealer. The Chevrolet dealership put it on a lift, ran a full diagnostic on it, and concluded there was no leak anywhere, and that this shop was ultimately trying to charge me for something that simply wasn’t there. I’ll never go back to this Valvoline location.

Seeing these other reviews makes me feel like I got lucky perhaps lol?•The full-synthetic oil change for my 2018 Corolla LE was $83.42 (with a 25% coupon).•My total time spent here was about 45 mins which is less that I was expecting considering I came the Saturday before Labor Day.•I pulled in around noon. I waited in line exactly 28 mins & 13 seconds. The oil change itself was actually just over 15 mins.•I was a new customer so they had to put me in the system and whatnot so it might be quicker if you’ve been here before.•Christian was my technician and he was so sweet & patient! He was HONEST, genuine, shared non-biased information, & provided sincere customer service. I wish you could request specific techs. I will be coming back!***I would recommend checking their website for a coupon because they are quite pricey without one***

You can’t escape their excessive charge at this particular location. I always used Groupon and it doesn’t come with extra charge. I purchased Groupon and they told me I will still need to pay a balance.Oh, and don’t let them fix anything else for you, it’s exactly 2x the price anywhere else.Service: Oil change

Bro... It says instant oil change in the name so you'd think the service would be quicker.. they advertise no sitting around and waiting but I'd been in line for almost 2 hours and there were only like 3 cars ahead of me I can't imagine how long they had been waiting. I came because I had a Groupon but I doubt I'll return at least not to this location. Again if I didn't have a Groupon I wouldn't have wasted my time.. severely disappointed with this visit. It was my first (and likely my last) time there. Information provided was incorrect, they didn't do what they were supposed to do which was check the air pressure of the tires but they said they marked it that they had, they were supposed to reset the change oil notification they didn't, they had the wrong name for the car even though I told them b4 they started working on the car. I ended up having to go back four times to get everything done that they were supposed to do. I did speak to the manager (very nice guy) and he did the final check on everything that was supposed to be done. Even though he assured me that everything was done and that oil was changed properly and all this I have serious doubts. I ended up calling headquarters and they did give me a credit for my next oil change. But boy oh boy it was an experience that I don't wish to repeat. Because the manager was very nice and corporate essentially reimbursed me by giving me a credit for my next Oil Change that's why they get three stars otherwise they would have gotten one star.
