Everyone in here was rude and the building is filthy. The front door glass was broken and taped together with priority tape. Which is hilarious since they make you buy your own tape now to close a box. Yet they use it in abundance to fix a glass door.

If i could give no i would. Do you like not getting your mail because the carrier is lazy and has attitude issues. Do you like to be given the run around by everyone claiming to be a supervisor. Do you like being told its their way or no way because there are no repercussions for the ill behavior at this postal building well this is the place for it. I haven't received my mail in over 30days due to Christien the mail carrier with passive aggressive behavior and mr Ricardo epps they are a lovely couple employees and as far as the person to run the postal ive never seen him or her and asked several times to speak with the overhead...don't forget to wait the long 20 or 30mins because they don't like coming to the front and do the complete job.

Use of self service package drop INSIDE the Post Office. I have attempted on three separate Sundays to drop small packages in the parcel drop. Each time has been a wasted trip. The drop was locked or blocked from opening to accept packages. I dropped three packages inside the parcel drop on 5/28 at 11:30am. The packages have not moved or been scanned as of 4:30pm 5/29. One package was scanned as received by the Post Office 24 hours after the drop. One still has not been scanned as received over 52 hours!
This is unacceptable. If you run a business, your customers expect their packages to run on time. If you need a package to travel quickly or be scanned in a timely manner, don't use this branch..

I frequently go to this post office and on all occasions the lines are long, the last few times I have waited 40 minutes, the office does not have air conditioning and some of its employees do not answer your greetings. Furthermore, there are some of the employees who work at the counter whose shirt is stained and torn. This is unpleasant because it is the first impression on the client, in addition, it brings a bad impression of the leadership of this office of the federal government. The conditions of this office and the dress code, which must be impeccable, are shameful.

The service was fine, I like the self service kiosks, I wish all branches had them. My only complaints are that it's filthy, & the supplies need to be restocked in the lobby. The doors in particular look like they've never been cleaned. Standing in line for forms is a waste of everyone's time.

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. Worse place I’ve been on this planet. Need to boycott them. poor service and 0 for customer support. Can’t even update their website for god sake. They don’t give a damn thing about their place. this place should be shutdown.

Worst customer service. Website says they have walk in on Saturday. Once you get there they turn you away because you need appointment. They will not help you even though their website is down to make an appointment. Worst thing they were not even busy. I drove here from far away to get no service at all.

Went in for a passport walk in during the hours listed on the website. They changed the walk in day to Fridays and have not updated their site. very inconvenient and unprofessional for a government business
