Beyond irritated. I had a package delivered here simply because I randomly had an Amazon package stolen recently. 4 people in that store and nobody could find my “delivered package”. Nobody uttered an apology or any good customer service “empathy”. When I asked who “so n so” was:” the person who signed for the packaged @ she gave a bewildered shrug and said I just signed for the truck. And the guy was so busy explaining that was just for the truck. Well obviously but I was trying to see if said person was even a worker at that location. The same girl even further wasted my time writing out phone prompts( that didn’t even work) instead of just giving me the 1-800 number which by the way was closed! To add insult to injury Monday is a holiday! When I say I will never and I know no one cares these days, but. Will never step foot in this establishment again that won’t be soon enough!

Great experience here! Dexter Wilson was so friendly and helpful, amazing manager! He had a calm and caring energy to him. He notarized some forms for me and was quick and efficient.

This particular UPS franchise has started to frustrate Amazon returns by requiring additional packaging even though the item was delivered in the original product box (called a “display” box by UPS employees), even if the original box had shipping labels tattooed all over it. This is apparently a new problem that has wasted a lot of time with very poor/inconsistent, if not arbitrary, answers from UPS staff and no resolution for future orders.
