I would give 0 stars if I could. Service is terrible, staff is rude and seems to hate their job, system they use is archaic, no live ATMs, inconsistent mobile deposit, flat out frauds.

I have been with this bank since they were Virginia Commerce Bank. Their lake ridge Office was my favorite. Sarah, Lidi, Kasha, Bill! and all their team was outstanding! Now that lake ridge will close I hope the Smoketown location keep up the good work and outstanding service.

After being very patient in a line that didn't move, I changed lanes and went to the empty lane. I sent my deposit in and nothing had happened for almost 10 minutes. The teller took my deposits without saying anything to me. Another 7 minutes went by and I called the teller to find out what was happening. He asked me what I wanted and was short with me. I asked him if something was wrong and he rudely explained how busy he was and was obviously annoyed at me.No apology was ever made.

The bank staff at this location has been outstanding for the four years that I’ve had an account there. I have accounts at three other local banks as well but this is my preferred go to bank because of the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. If I were to say that I did not miss Cardinal Bank, I would be lying. I open my account here because Cardinal was a small local bank. I did not expect United to come in and buy them shortly after I open my account. The only reason that I stay there is because of the staff

I love the staff at the bank! They are always pleasant and professional. And I like that they remember your name. I read Jena's review. Some people just like to complain when things don't go their way. I don't think she should've given them a one star. I have on a occasion have to sit for awhile, but in no way they deserve a one star. Things happen. We live in an imperfect world. You don't know the other customer situation that it may take the tellers a little longer, that's not their fault. Also, think about this. What if it was you , your transaction took longer than you expected, you would want the other customers to be patient. The staff wants to give everyone the courtesy and time they deserve. Come on people. Notice the other reviewers gave five stars.

Me and another patron sat in the drive through today for 25 minutes while they helped everyone else inside. They said the system was down after the call button was pushed for the 3rd time but didn't tell us that for 20 minutes. The customer service and lack of communication is ridiculous.
