UAB does great body work. First I had a piece of trim on the front drivers side panel of my ‘03 Infiniti G35 Coupe popped loose. I brought it to UAB, they took look at it and fixed it on the spot in about 10 minutes and sent me on my way. I came back about month later and had them repair a crack in my front bumper. Looks like new (see before & after pics). Prompt and quality service at a good rate!Service: Body & Trim

Hard to rate them anything less than 5. Their prices are reasonable, work is impeccable, and honest people. What more can you ask for?I've visited many auto body shops in the dmv area, they are simply the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I would give it a zero start, but its not possible, so I have to give one star,
They are the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever seen in my life, they don’t know how to run a business and have no respect for their customers, I encourage you to think before even visiting this place, where a bunch of arrogant, rude and disrespectful people work.

FIVE STARS! ?I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Paul, the owner, and let me just say- I was blown away at how well my car and I were treated. He made a stressful situation of dealing with damage to my vehicle incredibly easy and painless. Just an awesome experience over all. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!

They are by far the best body shop in the region. We had the unfortunate need to use the shop to repair damage to our vehicle recently. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The damage was repaired to its original mint condition.Paul, the owner, who is almost always available at the shop is one of the most pleasant and genuine individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with.In fact, he contacted us after payment to let me know he had received additional payment from the insurance company owed back to us. An honest individual, an honest business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Not that I ever want to have to repair damage to my car, but if anyone asks, UNITED AUTOBODY will be my only referral.Thank you for running an honest business.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Finally!!! Excellent customer service and professionalism has returned!! This review deserves 10 stars. I was NOT paid to write this review - I'm a consuming that rewards good service with a good praise. My vehicle was damaged by IAL shipping from Korea. After visiting several BMW dealerships I could not have received the love and care for my vehicle like United Auto Body. The owner Mr. Kim did not take advantage of me to overcharge me - I received a quote and that's what I paid. To add to the already excellent service - they gave me a ride to pick-up my rental car and even washed my dirty vehicle. I'm so grateful to be treated like a customer who will definitely use this auto body shop to fix some additional damage due to overseas shipping. Ladies, you will NOT be taken advantage of when getting your car repaired here! Don't judge the industrial location - it's the service you receive that truly matters. PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT
