Signs all over the place of 50% off the store
We picked a couple of items , we were told not on sale , okay . We were told that this and another rack are the only exemption, okay,
We picked a couple of items and went to cashier just to find out that these were not on sale either! We left without buying

I used to shop from this UA outlet for years now, but today I was so disappointed because there was a black, short, rude lady was working at the cashier has zero customer service, she refused to give me an extra bag, I asked her for two extra bags (small size) because I need to put the items that I bought from them in these bags to send them as a gifts ..and I told her that but she didn’t care and said no

We didn't have a credit card used for a purchase for a return (left at home) so we were given a gift card. When we went to use the gift card it had not been activated. We think an employee created a gift card for themselves with our return and gave us one that was not activated. As we have no proof of the employee theft, the store says there is nothing they can do (per acting Manager Alex (Store Manager Marisssa). This is highly unfortunate and a bad look for Under Armour. AVOID THE WOODBRIDGE STORE.
