Had a wool area rug in my kitchen deep cleaned. Reasonable price and they came out on a Saturday. Took less than an hour and the rug looks great. There's a very noticable difference from having the extra seevice (which I always planned on so there was no pushy upselling) done. The technician, Mel, was polite and friendly leaving me feeling comfortable having him in my home. I'll absolutely call them again.

I was under the impress that it was going to be a deep clean but he didn’t flip over the rug and clean the underside so now that it’s dry it kind of still smells like pee? And it was expensive so idk if I got the best bang for my buck

Overall experience was not good. Company rep gave me the information that was inconsistent with the technician who came to do the services. I felt that there was miscommunication between the company rep and the technician. Therefore I was not getting the correct information from the company rep. Also technician asked for the rating and the payment before the work was done. Based on the prior rating on the company site, I gave the rating of 5 that technician suggested.
