Justin has consulted on and provided cabinets for 3 kitchen renovations I have completed in the past 4 years. Not only is he a kitchen cabinet nerd, he's fun and easy to work with. He provided 3D drawings, which helped me envision the final product, and helped us tweak the initial layout to get it just perfect.I 200% recommend Justin Becker and Trinity Kitchen and Bath to anyone planning a kitchen design or remodel. Have worked twice now with Justin to obtain replacement doors and a drawer front for my kitchen cabinets. Even though in each instance it was a small order, he was prompt, responsive and diligent about making sure that the replacements ordered were the right size and compatible with my existing cabinets.

Justin is the most amazing professional I have ever had the pleasure to worked with! He works diligently to ensure his clients receive the best experience and he delivers that result! I am a design professional who works primarily in another market(Philadelphia) and the dream of a beautiful kitchen remodel came true for a new home owner in VA needing the best cabinetry on the market, which is, of course, Kraftmaid. I have remodeled numerous K & Bs and always prefer this premium cabinet maker; HOWEVER, product alone does NOT ensure end result satisfaction overall! A homeowner/designer/GC, must be confident that the time line, delivery, and precision elements are included - Justin at TRINITY K&B fulfills these essential components! I will be using Trinity K&B for all future projects in VA as well as PA because of my confidence in this business!! Thank you Justin!!

The team was with me every step of the way through my home renovation. Justin and team have the design expertise and customer service that is second to none. They were very responsive even through multiple change orders. I would highly recommend them.

This company is absolutely fantastic! From the time I contacted them to discuss kitchen layouts to the time of drivers of the product. Every stop of the way- I was informed of what was going on with the cabinets being built, the delivery from the manufacture, and even from Trinity. The discussion of the cabinets were focused on what worked best for this kitchen- and Trinity expressed their professional opinions, while also attempting to ensure personal desires were achieved. Justin went the next step and staged all of the base cabinets in their respective positions along the wall they are to install against- while I wasn’t home and even locked up the door- which made for ease of installation for those who are DIY’ers. I definitely plan on using this company for future builds and any special projects. You won’t go wrong in choosing a company that feels like home, treats your home like it’s theirs, too and truly wants to tailor the products to what’s best for your lifestyle.

Justin Becker went above and beyond to help me find hinges for Kraft Maid cabinets I had installed in 1985. He connected me with Kraft Maid's customer service department and he stayed on the line and worked with the representative to find the correct hinge. If he will do this for someone who is not even a customer and never will be (I live in another state), imagine how he will treat his customers. If I lived in Virginia, I would absolutely be using this company for all of my kitchen and bath renovations..

I needed a kitchen upgrade. Over the last 25 years we have had severalcompanies repairing and patching needed areas of our home.I never felt the competency or integrity was high enough to meet my demands of my kitchen project; until I meet Justin Becker. He won my seal of approval with all of his knowledge and suggestions for my kitchen. He made a digital schematic of my kitchen layout after taking exact measurements of my entire kitchen in 15 minutes. He asked the right questions and gave me solid solutions.Justin's product "Kraft Maid" is a quality made maple cabinet, with out the high price tag.This man is a gift from heaven that will work hard for you.Justin delivered the cabinets himself in his box truck. He unpacked every box and inspected every door and drawer.I recommend Trinity Kitchen and Bath to everyone who wants the job done right, the first time.I would like to retract my praise for Justin Becker. My opinion is that he will never spend his time selling you a small order of cabinets. He only follows the big dollar orders. Let me explain: I am a home owner and do not work for Kraft Maid. I was not paid to write a review for this business. However, you never know how the contractor/ kitchen distributor will handle a problem until it happens. Justin was a total disappointment. My kitchen drawer was defected. He did not catch that when he delivered the product. I called him and he reordered new facing. Not a new drawer, just new facing, which was fine. The front facing was very defective not the drawer. So, Justin just dropped off the new facing at my front door and left. Why?? I had to call him again to come back and install it and measure for my laundry room for more cabinets. He finally agreed to come back on Aug 18th to install the new facing and measure for my laundry room cabinets. Then, he disappeared. I have texted and called him many times. Finally he texted me back with so many excuses it made me sick to my stomach. I have not heard back from him and I will call another rept from another distributor. I spend over $7k on my kitchen cabinets. He told me the laundry would less than $2k.I will never recommend Justin Becker again.Lee
