Home Depot in Woodbridge is the worst managed that I've ever been in. My brother-in-law worked for Home Depot and when he was here from New York I took him to this one and he said, "the manager of this store in New York would be fired". So I took him to the one in Stafford and his comment was , " this is what they should look like and how they shoudl be managed"

I was not able to return a brand new door/unopened item, because of no receipt. I have renovated my kitchen with home depot and bought lots of business to this place. And they didn't have the courtesy to accept one unopened item because of no receipt? I called the manager who said that the store manager was not working on that day, how can a store function without a store manager?? No wonder the bad customer service and lock of knowledge on this place. I will not be returning to this store. If you can stay away from this location, do it. I left the door (unopened item) so they can trash it.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. I ordered curbside pick up and they said it was ready, drove out 30 minutes it wasn't ready. They told me to give them time and MAYBE it would be ready. 3 hours pass and no message about the chairs so I drive out and just tell them I'll go in the store and pick them up myself even though I ordered curbside pick up. Then they proceeded to tell me once I drove out a second time that there isn't any in stock despite the app ready 140 chairs. Not until a manager overheard did they offer to go get it. It was on a top shelf and they needed the forklift to retrieve it. I got the chairs 6 hours after I placed my order. This is sad and the fact that only the manager cared to help. The other workers were quite frankly lazy and need to be fired asap. If you don't want to end up waiting over 6 hours for anything go somewhere else. Will never shop with them again honestly put a sour taste in my mouth.

I had two brand new refrigerators ruined by BEST BUY installers leaving me with no fridge or freezer for almost two weeks. They then told me they couldn't deliver for another two weeks. I then checked online at Home Depot. They promised delivery in Three days! It was delivered, installed, the BestBuy broken fridge moved to my garage awaiting return. They took great care in not bumping walls and doors. The two men who delivered and installed did a fantastic job and were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. What this experience taught me is that Home Depot knows and stocks appliances and Best Buy is just playing at it.

Worst customer service around. These people don't know anything, and purposefully go out of their way to avoid helping people. I just got done waiting over a half hour for someone to unlock what I needed. This was after they were paged three times. Meanwhile the five people at customer service couldn't be bothered to leave their cupcakes. Then after I finally got the tools I needed, I had to get the batteries for them, which are kept in a different cage. So more waiting. And no one came before I finally gave up and left. This place seriously sucks. Go anywhere else first.By the way, if you're a veteran, apparently the only way to get the veterans discount now is to download the app and apply for it. At least that's was I was told today. So what about anyone who doesn't have a smart phone with them at all times, or older vets who don't use smart phones at all? This is just plain stupid.

As I was checking myself out today at the self checkout, being watched by 3 home depot employees! I asked can you give me the military discount? To which the one replied "no you have to sign up for that online!" Yeah I know but I was just wondering what you did for a living while I was doing your job? Because it sure ain't customer service or support! But thanks for watching me! Maybe you could rate me on the yelp? Did I wand my purchase correctly? Did I pay and put in my P.I .N . Ok? Thank you for letting me play at the H Depost!

I bought a whirlpool washer and dryer. The contact me the day before delivery time slot. The day of delivery they came was putting the pedestal to the washer something with screw happen and they could not put it together. When the delivery guy said I had to call to get a new pedestal delivered. Two days it was delivered with no problem. It was attached to the washer with no problem.

Today was the last straw today with Woodbridge Home Depot. Not only can you never find anyone to help but can they please get the military discount together??? They make you download the app and register WHICH I DID BUT THEY NEVER EVER HAVE RECEPTION. They HAVE to scan your phone and if you tell them it won't come up they act like you want it for free. It's the biggest hassle. Today the poor guy was so nice but the co-worker he asked for help refused. So I literally had to limp outside just for the app to come up. I don't need the 10% that bad but I wanted to prove a point that I actually had it since dude was acting like I wanted HIS money. As soon as I walked out it popped up he didn't even apologize. Go across the street to Lowes where all you have to do is give them your number and your military ID comes up. SMH if you want to scan people phone get your reception fixed instead of treating VETERANS like they are trying to rob you especially during a rescission!!!!

Great manager Nick. He went beyond customer service with a distraught customer. I was extremely upset with the Frigidaire customer support and went back to the retailer, Home Depot, for assistance. Nick took immediate action and sent amazing Chris to fix the problem. Thank You!

Customer Service beyond Excellence by Nick Martinez who is the Customer Service Manager. This review is a couple of mo ths late bit is is never too late to give a compliment. Nick was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I had trouble with a set of blinds I purchased and Nick was very helpful in helping me to purchase the correct size. Thank you Nick you are a true example of great customer service with care. You will be missed if you decide to leave the USA. I wish you well.

Horrific customer service in this store. Returns are apparently made deliberately difficult by employees avoiding return customers. The employees do not know their own inventory and must check their own website to find products in their OWN store. Do they not train these people?

I went in to buy some items and of course have to use the self checkout, I scan the items and try to get my veterans discount and ask for help which was NO help at all. They hand me a piece of paper and say you need to down load the app to your smart phone to which I replied I don't have a smart phone. Another lady comes over and ask what I needed and I repeated again I want to get my veterans discount. She hands me the same piece of paper and I tell her the same as I told the 1st person. I ask you can't override this and give me the discount to which she walked away saying "that's how we do it now". I told then to keep their stuff that's how I do it now". Not everyone has a smart phone and many elderly can't afford a "smart phone" That is why we ask for the discount we have been TOLD by the corporations they will give us. Home Depot may not need my few dollars but I sure as hell don't need Home Depot.
