“I went searching today for a certain cigar. Came into the shop and was immediately greeted by Adonis who was helping other customers. Went into the back humidor and was having difficulty looking through their large selection. Adonis comes in and immediately finds the cigar I was looking for. I also noticed they carry another brand that I thought one could only purchase online! Was a pleasant surprise. Excellent customer service and excellent inventory. I don’t mind driving the 40-50min to spend my money here. Win-win for everyone, except probably my wife ?”
“This is my go-to smoke shop. In my observation the owner selects quality products, including hard to find brands of tobacco. Prices are fair and sometimes lower than other stores and the man who is usually there when I go in is friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking.He even kept my earbuds for me when I accidentally set them on the counter and left. I had resigned to them being lost and next time I was in, about a week later, he had them waiting for me. Thank you again, Sir!To sum it up, this is the neighborhood small business experience I miss.So pop in to King Smoke Palace and give them some love. You won't regret it!”

“The prices are better than the local vape shops and the staff is very friendly. Customer service is what truly stands out here.
I left my wallet on the counter while in a rush to get to the airport (luckily I have a passport and could make the flight). Tobacco Time personally delivered my wallet to my mailbox with the address located on my license. I'm in shock by how far they went to do a good thing for a person they owe nothing to. Beyond wow.

“Very nice experience. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside. Chairs and couches were very comfortable. The staff was excellent. The one guy personally helped us choose the best cigars. Had a good chat with other customers we met there. A very large selection of great quality cigars. Bottled soft drinks and snacks are available for purchase. This place is highly recommended.”
