A good place to shop mainly for clothing and other household items like luggage, bags, shoes, and more. Has all the items you would find from this brand. The store is well kept. The staff are polite and professional. They're following respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

Tried returning a necklace 31 days after original bought date with a receipt. The lady in the jewelry section said the return policy was 30 days but because it’s only one day after they may have some wiggle room. She offered to call her manager (because that decision has to come from a manager) and I appreciated that as I had an emergency and i unfortunately didn’t meet the 30 day period. The manager on duty was called 4 times before she came, I could hear her from far away asking the lady who helped me “did you tell her the policy?! So why does she need me”. Manager just said to me “30 days is our policy” didn’t bother to actually give me any service and seemed like I was bothering her.
Went to home-goods after to ask IF it was possible to return this at this store due to my other experience at Tj Max, manager there had amazing costumer service and offered to give me store credit. I ended up buying 4 running shorts at homegoods due to the $14 store credit I didn’t want laying around.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping here!! I met an employee named Rahema in the jewelry department who really took great care of me! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. She was so courteous, helpful, friendly, and attentive. I will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience, Rahema!! They always have a wide variety of products. Frequently there are new items and the price point is good for what you get. The items are a little messy but that is due to the customers placing items all over the place after they choose not to buy them. You know what, I think I'm going to shop there today!!
