I originally got a quote for $200 just to replace my tire and those people said that my tire is bad but the car is brand new, only 4 months old.These amazing guys came and told me how my tires are absolutely fine and there was only a minor leakage, fixed everything for very very cheap. “Regular customer at this location! After several visits I decided to write a review considering the consistency of service that I receive. Took my son to get 4 new tires. Kevin checked me in after scheduling an appointment with Giavony the previous day. We were late for the appointment due to a blow out, and communicated this with the team. The response was no worries and checked us in upon our arrival. The establishment was clean and we were greated as we walked in the door. Kevin was ready for our business. During the installation we got a call with some concerns and guidance which was quickly resolved and a pick time was given. We returned to pick up the car and Aim processed us out with the same professionalism and courtesy that I normally receive when I have to visit NTB. Thank You all again and when tmaintenance calls I will be back.”

“I went there twice to install tires and alignment. Everyone work like a team and I really appreciate the work. The only problem is that the short Hispanic guy always ask me for tip, it seems he force me to do that or he just kidding? When he ask that, it likes I have to pay for an extra fee for only him. “Not sure if they had staff changes, but in the past they provided great customer service. I got an oil change and a state inspection recently and was not impressed with the front desk customer service. Came to pick up my car and after not seeing my car in the front, I told the guy I'm here to pick up my car, but I don't see it in the front. His response "I don't know where your car is." Why tell the customer their car is ready for pick up if you don't know where their car is? Also, I had to come back twice because the first time, they didn't put my car down for a state inspection, only an oil change. We've been coming here for years, but there seems to be some changes in staffs.
Update- The manager called and apologized regarding this. I really appreciate the call and how they listen to their customer to work on providing better service.”
“I visited this Costco location today near Potomac Mills. I had an issue with the Costco rewards check, and LAMAR a manager assisted me. I just recently got out of surgery and it was difficult to stand or walk. LAMAR the manager gave me a place to sit in the employee's office, which was very nice of him. LAMAR resolved the issue and even spoke with the headquarters to resolve the issue. LAMAR is a good man! If he's not THE store manager, he should be! Thanks again LAMAR!!!”

“The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful! I am a teenage girl who was an hour away from home with a blown tire, and had just been turned away from Kia Service because it was a Sunday, so I was completely stressed. They quoted me about 1 1/2 hours to wait, and an hour to do the service. I ended up waiting only an hour for the entire process. Having a friendly face help me out and a quick process, I felt completely at ease. I also wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't want to which made me feel 10 times better! I was also sent a complete invoice of everything wrong (just my tires lol) which made me feel better as well. I fully recommend this location if you're needing to get your car serviced!”
