Every time we go to Timberland at Potomac Mills their customer service is excellent. We have growing boys who regularly need new boots and they always go above and beyond to find the perfect fit for our kids.

I like the brand overall, but the customer experience at this location is horrible. The employees I dealt with were indifferent and unmotivated. Not welcoming at all.The shoes that I was interested in purchasing, I couldn't buy because the lack of inventory in the most COMMON sizes. Sizes 10 through 12 were missing a lot. When I asked for a size of a model that is the STAPLE of the timberland boot brand, the rep told me that they didn't have any and said "That sucks" to me. I thought, "Really homie, that sucks?" No interest in helping me find another pair, or try to get it online or anything. Just walked away.I walked in excited to get a pair of boots, but walked out annoyed and not wanting to come back to this store again.

So there is Asian female claiming to be the manager at Potomac mills. Has the worse attitude in the store, after you tell her to let you speak to someone above her. she makes up words and lies to customer service center after you request to speak to someone above her. Her demeanor quickly becomes a whole different representative for Timberland store. People if you shop here and purchase something you realize you don’t like after removing tag. This Asian “Manager” will claim you have washed the product even having the receipt and 15 days within purchase date. I love the brand. I totally dislike this staff member representative at this location. Bad attitude and she will murmured while she is on the phone calling her people from Timberland and lie right in front of you. As a consumer I can definitely say be careful with this individual l! I’m handling this matter with corporate still

Good place to go not sure if they still have the deal but as of two weeks ago they had a buy one pair and gets the other for 70% off so I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff very useful if you haven't gotten any winter timberlands
