Alex provided me with the best service I could imagine. Quickly found the shoes I wanted in my size and was very attentive. The store is always clean and organized as well.

I moved to the area and I’m super happy to have a Tillys close by. Big shoutout to Morgan and Kiarra, they both helped me greatly. The store is kept up and organized, it was easy to find what I was looking for and they also have size availability! Amazing customer service I will be returning again soon.

If you're going to buy online, they use FedEx to delivery, your package is going to be delayed many times and is going to take an eternity for the delivery.

Came in for a last minute gift. Was told by the associate on the floor that the coat I was looking at was part of the sale, which it was directly under the sign. They wouldn't honor the sale on Christmas Eve!

First time and last time customer. Ordered online simply because the website stated curbside pickup. I didn't even know what Tilly's was. I hate going inside the mall and would not have ordered anything had i known curbside pickup was unavailable. As the company's email instructed, i called when i arrived. The girl on the phone said they don't offer curbside pickup and even if they did they didn't have time to come out there. what ?! so i had to go in the mall and pick up the order. the store wasn't busy so i'm not sure why they "didnt have time". honestly i feel like they just didn't feel like bringing the order out. immature and unprofessional. no thanks !

Later tried to exchange the backpack for a different one with more pockets and eventually just left after employees were extremely rude and sarcastic for no reason.
