I have been getting carpet and flooring from the carpet store for years. Arjan the owner, is delightful to work with, as well as his staff. I have never had a bad experience, he replaced floors and carpet on several properties, and each time the job completed was perfect ! Arjan personally came out and completed the measurement, ensuring the installation is perfect. We could not be happier with the workmanship,quality, and the professionalism of the installers. We loved the way they cleaned up after themselves, even vacuumed the carpet. If I could rate the services received higher than a 5, I would ! I have and will always recommend the carpet store to anyone who in need of flooring and carpeting. The services and fair prices can’t be beat. The customer service from Arjun was wonderful. He patiently helped me decide what I wanted. My carpets are beautiful!! The delivery was arranged to my convenience in a timely way. Also, I feel that the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone. You can shop here with confidence that you will receive the best.

The value offered was pretty great. The installation of the carpet was good. My only complaint is that the installers put their toolboxes directly on my hardwood, scratched the hardwood, and when I notified the owner, there was no attempt to address. Just warn the guys not to put their tools on your hardwood floor.

So happy i came here, after having subpar results with the big box stores, decided to try here, been driving past the store for over 20 years, found what we wanted right away, super price and fast installation. im a picky guy and everything was superb! A+

I rarely review places, but I got area rugs made from here. Great and honest service, delivery was on time and done well. I would recommend, and will be buying from them again. I had considered getting carpet and got estimates from other places, but Arjan talked me out of covering up the hardwood floors and downsold me rather than upselling! He was always available for questions, and his estimate was lower than at least 3 other stores I researched.

This carpet store has been AMAZING! We continually return because they provide excellent quality carpets at the BEST prices! After comparing time and time again, they have always beat the competition. We’ve had them recarpet our rental home and the home that we sold. They have done hardwood repair in our new home and have bound a huge (15x 18’ foot) carpet for our living room then installed it at a fraction of Home Depot’s cost! I always (just a habit) compare cost, but have found that no one beats their professional service or price! I will NEVER go anywhere else. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot put into words how happy I am to have found The Carpet Store. I had gotten so many estimates before coming here & none of them were working for me. Other companies were so quick to try to nickel and dime me. Even the stores with “outlet” in their name were so expensive. Then I came here & everything changed. The owner, Arjan, is the kindest & most amazing human being I have met in a long time. He is truly invested in his customer’s plans for their home and he does everything in his power to make your dream come alive. My budget was a little tight & Arjan helped me get what I wanted with the budget I was working with. I am so thankful for him and this store! Our carpet for our family room was laid a little over a week ago and I am still in awe of how amazing it looks/feels every time I walk into that room. We chose a color called Toasted & it is absolutely perfect. This color had to be special ordered and Arjan made sure to set the installation date to the earliest date possible. I am shocked at how quickly he put it all together! Arjan is one of those people you won’t ever forget once you meet him. I will never go anywhere else for my rugs/carpeting/flooring needs. I recommend The Carpet Store over any other carpeting company in the area. Thank you Arjan & God bless you and your family!

Arjan and The Carpet Store have the best customer service. They have now helped my family twice, the quality and prices are top notch. Once when selling a home and he came recommended from our realtor. They did such a wonderful job we didn't bat an eye to use them in our new house. The installation was handled by a professional and courteous crew, they even vacuumed before they left. I highly recommend The Carpet Store!!! We'll be coming back soon for rugs.

I own a condo in Woodbridge that I rent out, so needless to say, renters seem to tear the carpet up rather quickly! Arjan is great and very helpful!!! I was able to pick out a carpet that was more durable and the price couldn't be beat!! It was installed quickly and looked awesome, couldn't even tell where the seams were! I would highly recommend The Carpet Store!!

This place is awesome!! My basement flooded and I had to get the carpet replaced. Their prices were great! They were quick and did a phenomenal job!!
