We have used this company previously on several occasions with other cars, albeit many years ago. This past Easter weekend, thanks to a rock-flying trip on I-95, discovered a nice bit of damage in the windshield. Called insurance, we have a $500 deductible. I called the "nationally" advertised glass place, their cost was not any less than the out of pocket cost we would incur with That Glass Place. Both quotes were less than the deductible so we opted to pay it ourselves. I decided to support local business since we had used them before, very happily satisifed. This replacement was no different.I called, talked to Mary. She was quadruple-tasking at the time, but still made me feel like the only important customer on the phone. Scheduled quickly and easily and had no issues. Anytime I called with a question, she sounded like an old friend on the phone. Extraordinarily personable and remembered who I was and with what issue every time. Terry came out a couple days later, replaced the windshield in less than an hour, and gave a little WD40 shot to our hood latch to boot. And his dog Yogi was a delight too :) Work was done thoroughly and perfectly, all the tags, stickers etc were replaced properly and wipers that were a real mess (broken in half dozen places on each arm) replaced. (Yes, part of the cost, but we asked for that--and at HALF the cost of "nationally" advertised glass company!!)So, what I'm saying folks is, I HIGHLY recommend this business for your auto glass. I do not know what other glass services they offer, b/c I've only used them for auto, but when you can, support your local business. They are nice, quick, professional and competitive. I contacted my car insurance company and they referred me to another company. Even though it was a reputable insurance company, the company they referred me to was somewhere around $300 more dollars more expensive even though they offered a discount. So I called my mechanic and he referred me to This Glass Place. I dropped off my car that evening and by 1051am the next day, it was done! This company is responsive, courteous, and highly skilled. Overall great value! My windshield looks great. They even reattached my inspection sticker and EZ pass. Impressive.

The team at That Glass Place is top notch. My rear passenger window needed replacement after my car was broken into. I requested OEM certified glass to ensure the tint was the same match, which required ordering. Despite delays (due to global supply chain shortages, not their fault) I was receiving almost daily updates from Mary which was important customer service. Then the actual install today in person was super easy & efficient. I highly recommend That Glass Place.

Great service at a great price. That Glass Place gave me a quote comparable to at-location services, but were willing to come to my house at no extra charge. Replaced the windshield within an hour and gave advice on other parts that could be serviced. They even attached my EZPass to the new windshield.

OMG this place is awesome. The receptionist talked me off a ledge when I was trying to navigate a windshield replacement. I was literately in tears before I called That Glass Place and she calmed me down. Great service, and successfully replaced my windshield. And then when I needed the records because I lost my copy from 2 years prior they were able to pull it right up and send it to me! I highly recommend these people!

Albeit I've known the "Glass Man" for over 30 years, the level of professional service, the quality product and installation goes a long way in today's day and age. I was quoted a price (that beat our insurance) and that is what was delivered. Efficient and timely service is the best bang for our buck. Thanks to the entire team at That Glass Place

They were able to schedule us within less than a week to replace our truck windshield at home. The beat SafeLite price and did not charge a disposal fee when taking our discarded windshield with them. They werebdone within an hour, reapplied our registration stickers and rearview mirror, and they even cleared debris from our intake.
