We've used Tails & Whiskers on many occasions for a midday bathroom and play breaks. I love the pictures and personal comments they leave afterwards so that we know our pups are always well cared for.

Tails & Whiskers has been amazing for us and our dog, Roxy! Frankie and Liz go above and beyond to make sure Roxy is taken care of and we feel at ease. Roxy is very timid at first but they continue to work with her and help her adjust to them. They definitely know how to take care of every type of dog/animal. We have used Tails & Whiskers for overnight sitting and drop in visits and will continue to use them for as long as we can!

Terry and Frankie have been a Godsend. I was incredibly worried about leaving my fur babies while I work as I work long 11 1/2 hour days but Ziggy and Sunny took to Terry instantly which told me everything I needed to know. They love her, look forward to seeing her and she is so so sweet with them. I look forward to my little updates about their walks! They have always been extremely understanding and flexible about last minute changes in my schedule and even work holidays! I can’t say enough…if you need a dog walker or pet sitter you cannot go wrong with these ladies!

After struggling to find decent dog care through a popular app, we threw in the towel. When we found Frankie in our area with excellent reviews, I was relieved. She has done an excellent job with our 2 Shihtzus, communicates well and accommodates. I am very thankful we found Tails and Whiskers.

Frankie was wonderful. Took great care of my old kitty even splitting up her meal during each visit because she tends to eat too quickly! Would highly recommend.

We had never left our cats with anyone besides family— so I was nervous— however from the first contact I had with Frankie I was at ease. She even won over our super shy and anxious cat! She sent pictures of our cats almost everyday she watched them which really brightened our days, making it easier to relax and enjoy our vacation. When we got home it was obvious our cats had been very well taken care of. Frankie was very communicative and professional! Will definitely be using her business again!

Tails & Whiskers Pet Sitting definitely deserves 5 stars! Frankie and her team are extremely reliable and cared for our two cats so very well while we were away. They really went out of their way to make sure our feline family members had everything they needed.Awesome service!! Absolutely recommend them!

Our cat seemed happy and content when we returned. We got pics and text updates which we really appreciated. Also our cat had recently had a very invasive surgery. We were concerned about leaving him but had already planned our trip. We were confident that the Tails & Whiskers team would take extra good care of him…and we were not disappointed. They are absolutely terrific!
