Feb23 we were in Potomac mills mall T Mobile store, Bryan was the one helped us.He takes his time to explaining which plan work the best for us, after we purchased plan and phone, Bryan was very kind help us to transfer all the pics ,conversations...him and Jay work together helped us with our special needs- transfer conversations for wechat.Thank you!

I went to this T-Mobile location today to upgrade my phone from an XR to an IPhone 14, which was promoted as $0 down in the T-Mobile app. When I arrived, the man that assisted me told me that there weren’t any IPhone 14 and 15 in the store nor at any nearby stores and my only option was to purchase from the Apple Store. I went to the Apple Store and almost made it through the upgrade until their Point of Sale system didn’t recognize my VISA debit card as an accepted card even though I’ve used it to pay my T-Mobile bills. It showed an error not a decline. Prior to the charge attempt, my phone was prematurely disabled and the employee could not get a SIM card activated and I had to leave the store without a new phone or a functioning phone. I ended up going to the T-Mobile in Daniel Stuart Square and I was informed that the Potomac Mills location did have the requested phones in their inventory and I was lied to. Luckily the lovely sales lady Katherine was able to provide me with an IPhone 14 and charged the card that the Apple Store had issues with. I’m grateful for the employees there but I was upset that I was originally lied to at the Potomac Mills location and the experience at the Apple Store.

Seems like any T-Mobile shop you go to their employees have an attitude and they don’t have a customer service with no knowledge. They don’t even bother to check their computer for accurate information. They live up for guessing. Those associates need’s more training on attitude, customer service, and accuracy.

Phenomenal experience getting some help with number change and new SIM cards for lines ony plan. Zamira addressed all of my questions and concerns with my account and provided swift, friendly service with a smile while coordinating with other colleagues to make sure no one had a long wait. The entire staff served customers with great service, respect, and a smile.

Yesterday afternoon, I contacted the store and spoke with Juan. He was very pleasant and actually pinpointed for me their location in the mall (I don't go to the mall much). I arrived and was immediately assisted by Jay (Manager); what a professional and personable young man, he is all that and with a sense of humor ? as well as knowledgeable on T-Mobile products and services. Jay got me squared away quickly and made this process so smooth and painless, given I upgrade every 10+ years or so ??? (seriously). It took several hours to transfer data from the old to the new phone ?, (text messages, but we won't talk about that right, Jay ??). But, we made it work, transferring all data and then sending text messages to the cloud so I could restore later. Maddie assisted, and I can't recall the other managers name, but they let me stay after closing (I sat in the mall outside the store) to let the cloud backup complete, (we got to 85% backup and I called it), we factory reset the old phone (thanks Maddie) and I was on my way. While awaiting the data transfer, I observed all the associates, (Juan, Maddie, William, Jay, the other manager and another associate who fixed the printer ?, my apologies I didn't catch the last two names), but they're all quality professionals, personable, kind and knowledgeable about their products and services as well as having a good sense of humor. I really enjoyed watching all of them work and interact with people of all walks with different needs and situations. They all work well together ❤️ and genuinely look to meet the customers' needs. This, by far, was one of the best experiences upgrading a phone ?, thank you ? team especially Jay. I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Really helpful sales staff. Incredibly knowledgeable compared to other T-mobile stores. They helped me clean up a mess that the Gainesville-Atlas store created. I would highly recommend going to this store over others. They were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable.

Horrible service, both Michael and the supervisor provided bad information on 08/07/23 regarding my iPhone coverage I pay which is the T-Mobile 360 coverage plan, they made me waste my time twice by sending me to the Apple Store when they should have known to call T-mobile directly and place the warranty claim. I had to call them and spend an additional 2 hours on the phone to get this issue partially resolved, now I am still waiting for my phone and they were not able to tell me how much it would cost me.

This location is amazing. Yes the wait time is long but its a busy location and i came on a weekend also but the team is very helpful. Worth the wait. I was taken care of by Mike and his manager Zamira. His manager is a great multi tasker helping staff, answering questions, helping all customers and smiling the entire time. Amazing experience!!

My experience with Jay and Mike was nothing short of excellent. Despite arriving at the store just before closing time, they were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to assist me with my purchase, even though they had technically already closed for the night.Their efficiency was truly remarkable. Jay and Mike worked quickly to help me find the perfect phone and plan for my needs. They were knowledgeable about the products and services offered by T-Mobile and were able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. They also went above and beyond to ensure that the checkout process was fast and seamless, allowing me to complete my purchase and get on my way in no time at all.Overall, I would highly recommend Jay and Mike at the T-Mobile store inside Potomac Mills Mall to anyone in need of a new phone or mobile plan. Their customer service was exceptional, and their dedication to helping me find the perfect product and service was greatly appreciated. I went to this store looking to switch providers and Jay helped us right from the beginning. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and took care of me and my girlfriend when it was busy. He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped us with transferring our original numbers from the previous providers on to our new phones. Jay went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of.
