Wanted to pre-ordered the new Galaxy S24 ultra, The moment i walked in everyone greeted me and took my name, it was busy so i knew it was going to take time, I was helped by a short guy, I forgot his name but he was very friendly. He explained everything in detail and went over my plan. The only thing they did not have was a good S24 ultra accessories, they only had 2 cases. The location is busy so if you need to do something quick use the app or care so you dont have to wait like i did.

Do not go to this store. The wait times are super long from 30 to almost 2 hours. Juan one of the workers there is super unprofessional and always has an attitude. The two encounters I had with him made me want to leave the store and never come back. The manager should talk to him about being more helpful. His tone is super disrespectful and always says smart comments.

I have to give my most recent visit a five stars… Mrs. Yulieth actually helped me save money and was very honest. She was not rushing to make a sale and just push me out the door. She listen and delivered and my home internet is working fabulous. I’m truly thankful for her help and guidance.

Arrived at 3:45 p.m. After checking in, we were told it would be 30 minutes. We checked back in after 30 minutes but were told it would take longer because they were short on staff. My sister went back in at 5:30 and was told there was still someone before her. We left.

Went back to the store work with the sales person.Get everything clear that all that was on my part and I so apologize. Please let her know I will have written because she did fully explain everything once I came back in. I want to give 0 stars, but because Isaiah was very helpful as was the Assistant manager Rhonda when I came in three days ago with a SIM card issue, I will give the star to them.I have had my phone a year but two days ago, I couldnt dial out or receive messages because it said SIM card was removed. They deemed the SIM card was fine but obviously an issue with the phone and ordered a new one.I went two days without the phone which is important to my work and business as I work with kids and parents.I went in today to pick up the phone which was sent to the store and the manager, Stacey, who was very condescending, would not allow me to because the phone had a crack in it.So I didnt get the phone and I still cant use my phone. ?They want me to now file a claim and pay 100 dollars .. . Blah, blah, blah. Time to move on from using T-Mobile.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in 3 weeks ago and switched my personal account to a business account. They ran my credit and said “WITH my existing equipment I was financing and had to transfer I could purchase more phones and it would be within my credit limit”. So I did, 2 weeks later I got a letter from t mobile saying I the original devices were not transferred and I owed $603.46 for the remaining balance because it was not within my credit limit. I went to the store and was told by Denis the store manager for the day they did not process the transfer correctly and had to return equipment or pay the $603.46. I returned equipment and was told the process was corrected. Today, 2 weeks later I was charged the $603.46. I call to ask why. Denis did not process the transfer correctly either. That store is full of incompetent, lying people and I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

T mobile is to be careful partner and giving it franchise to this kind of local shop they are stealing from people by charging them on thing not use and using your information for purchases other numbers…..people should be vigilant

I lost my phone sat night and needed a new one Stat! ISAIAH A helped me out and he was very knowledgeable and was able to help with everything I needed. . I got a new model which was an update , got the old phone remotely erased and logged into to my Google account which backed up all of my contacts . I even was able to save $70 on my wifi by switching to t-mobile wifi . THANK YOU ISAIAH. YOU SAVED MY LIFE

Did not feel welcomed guess we interrupted the lady taking her selfie. No other customers in but never looked up our account or anything got no where with anything there thinking about going back with previous (Verizon ) since we had service when help was needed. Not just referred to go online or call

This review for the mobile T company in general, it is disrespectful that after you have been in a plan with them for 10 years, now you are forced to pay more for a plan if you want to make a trade-in because otherwise you do not qualify and they don't give you anything for your phone, which plan is the same includes the same but only more expensive, I think they should think carefully about their promotions and think about their long-standing customers

I waited for 45 minutes and the ladies are so rude and could not help me with my problem. They just said call customer care what I call customer care they tell me going to the store when I go to the store they told me to call customer care, I would suggest going anywhere but here and whatever you do, don't buy the home entertainment system. They charge you an extra $375 when they it's free it's not

The staff is not professional, I recently purchased a new sim card requested for the mobile phones on promo S22, I was told the phone are out of stock, kept me waiting for 2 weeks, but now they say the promotion is ended. Its unprofessional and unethical, by the time I purchased new sims it was your problem not having stock, why should you end my promos? I won't recommend this network to my friends, relatives and in general to all public.
