Ordered a phone online. Went to pick it up the next day. My email says I had until midnight to pick it up.They tell me the order is canceled. My money was taken. Makes no sense. Incompetent employees. Any management at this store?

I was very satisfied with the customer service of this location. Sebastián went above and beyond to assist me. I may not have gotten what I went for but highly commend the staff especially Sebastián.

Music is loud, sounds like a party and employee says loudly from her table "what's your phone number, what's your name and why are you here?" While working with a customer. Very unprofessional.

Hubby had an issue with his phone. We worked on it for a while. Took it to T-Mobile and the guy there had it working in less than 5 minutes.

0 if I could give it, three employees two just doing nothing. Sitting while we wait Frank on of the employees if rude to most to the costumer. They feel force to help, one day before he sent my wife to Apple to get a new phone instead of helping or finding a way to get her a phone. This is during the day and Frank I had come in the evening and the experience was a lot better.

Excellent customer service. In and out. It took me 10 mins to get a new sim card, port in my number from another carrier.

Friendly staff and excellent service. I had to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone, which should have taken about 3 hours. I got home comfortably and was notified when the process was complete. Now I have my brand new phone with all my data from about 4 years ago. So happy! Thanks to everyone and especially Ms. Nancy!

I have gone to this location for 20 years. When the store was Yellow it had the same employees and location after they changed to Pink it has slowly eroded away at the customer service, selection and environment of this location. Last time I was in the store several customers (all with 20+ years of business) had a conversation and shared the same frustrations. Going across the Parkway to the Black and Red store is probably in my future and is what I would recommend to anyone in this area.

Well 4th T Mobile store today was a blessing. Was looking to upgrade to Z Fold 4 and didn't have much luck at the first couple (not in stock). When I got to Dillingham square that's when things became comical. One guy at the counter. Name was Dylan? Very talented at multi tasking. Had a family member or friend on speaker phone while taking care of another gentleman in front of me. while on 2 phones took another frustrated guest trying to pay his pre paid phone. Needless to say, I'm not sure who Maria is but kept saying was his district Manager and how unprofessional she was. so many F bombs speaking to a coworker while taking care of numerous people. At least in the laziness of not wanting to sell me a phone he called 2920 Prince William Pky Store and the 5 Attentive sales force got the job done. Appreciate T-Mobile. DO NOT GO TO DILLINGHAM square come to this T-Mobile. Appreciate the service!

0 stars. They helping same customer for around 2 hours that's crazy, are ur customers purchasing houses or cars? It's impossible to wait more than 1 hour just to pick up the phone you already paid for.

We called ahead to find out the best time to come to the store because I have a walker and will need to be sitting during the whole time we are at the store. Sebastian helped me on the phone. When we came in person that weekend, Sebastian remembered me, and I felt like I mattered and wasn't just a phone number. We had some wrinkles to work out, as expected, with the merge and transition from Sprint to T-Mobile, but Sebastian was able to take care of everything that came up and stuck with us through it all.When I called in later to change my mind about what we wanted, Sebastian was able to direct me to who could do what I needed. When his schedule changed, and he thought he would miss us coming into the store, he called me to update me when he would be there.A few weeks later, we decided to add a line and returned to the store in person. Once again, Sebastian was amazing, personable, knowledgeable, and treated us as more than just an account. In this day and age, it is rare to have someone go out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the very first visit, Sebastian accommodated my needs and brought his workspace to us. I never felt in the way, I felt taken care of.
