I looked at him and said I just told you I need your business but if you’re gonna act like that I’m not gonna do business with somebody that is hostile to me giving you my business
Customer service goes along way in this business stay far away from this establishment if they’re not good in the people business and customer service It’s most likely a direct correlation with their type of work that they do, aka not good.

I had my car towed to them on a Monday because the gear shifter worked. It was after hours so i called the next day they ordered the part said it would arrive Wednesday. Its now Friday and still waiting on the part said I might be able to get my car back on Saturday

Had squealing noise suddenly when I stepped on brakes. Called at 7:15 a.m., and was told to come right away. Tech cked and I was told I needed rear brakes asap. Within 2.5 hours brakes were fixed and car was ready. Great service and all were professional and couteous.

Scammers, I went in for an inspection, I have after market wheels, I know for sure all of my lug nuts where on with the wheel lock. My car never failed inspection. All of a sudden 2 lug nuts missing which forced me to buy a pack just so I can pass, the. The lil guy talk to you like you’re stupid. I will not be going back

I took my 2001 truck here for an annual safety inspection and emissions. I passed emissions and all safety inspections in the past 10 years because I take care of my truck and the technician failed me for the gear shifter indicator was not aligned properly and the failed category was steering when the gear shift indicator has nothing to do with the steering system. If I could give a review of less than 1 star, I would.

Got into a minor accident right near this service station.Had an initial visit which repaired the damage from the accident.After getting home and reaching speed on the highway, I noticed a slight pull to the right.I brought my car back and asked if the mechanic can address the pulling issue.With no extra charge to myself, they were able to address the issue the next day.I explained how I live 45 minutes from the location and needed access to my vehicle as soon as possible. They kept in contact with me and made sure I understood everything going on throughout the process.Amazing customer service and wonderful people who genuinely care about providing you top notch service and will go above and beyond to make that happen.
