Terrible service! They were extremely lazy when they crated our stuff to put into storage. Lost multiple items and broke multiple items. We called to see if the missing items were found, they never called back. The crew who unloaded at the house was great...but that was it.

Like many other reviewers this was my destination agent for a PCS. The delivery crew at destination was great, very professional, courteous. Worked well despite it being below freezing. But a few things I was not happy about. The driver at origin and his crew were unprofessional, rushed things, did not have enough room on their truck and one of the loaders made a racist comment. They loaded our items on the trailer and the driver said they would stay on there until delivery because they weren't loading in the crates at origin like has been done on my previous PCS moves. That didn't happen, everything got moved and arrived in crates at destination. Somewhere along the line several items were lost; pieces of things they didn't pack well and even entire boxes, a lamp, piano pieces. They also broke a lamp and we'll see what else. The origin crew seemed like they just wanted to get it on the truck and leave. Then when they had to come back the next day they kept trying to leave without loading everything they were supposed to take. That driver and his crew were apparently run by this office and I'm not sure at which warehouse our stuff was moved and lost but I'm assuming this one. They also tried to deliver two items that were not ours with our stuff which makes me wonder how organized their warehouse is. Last move nothing was lost and only two things were broken. This move has me seriously considering moving myself from now on.

Like some other reviews listed, we had a military move assigned to them as the delivery agent. The crew that was assigned to deliver/unpack our household goods was horrible. Furniture was broken, stained and looked like s*** upon arrival. The delivery crew was new and unexperienced and did not give a s*** about how they handled the furniture. They forced furniture through doors (and damaged them) when all they had to do was take of the cushions and unscrew the legs to easily get it through the door. The crew did NOT unpack. They didn't even bring tools to reassemble furniture which shows they had NO intention of doing anything other than taking boxes off the truck and piling them up in one location. They presented (to my husband) that they had to option to unpack but didn't have to if they didn't want to. INCORRECT. During unloading, there were also so many missing items, that the driver decided stop calling items off and just said, we'd have to file a claim. After such a poor interaction and after they finished piling boxes up, my husband just told them to leave as if was clear they didn't care. I do not recommend and if zero stars were an option, that's what I could give them. This is by far THE WORST military move that I've ever experienced.

Use at your own risk with this company. We had a military move assigned to them as the delivery agent. We went through it with this company. They sent a team of mostly young people who were rambunctious, using foul language, smoking, playing loud music and horse playing together. They lost part of our shipment, could not provide a crew to reassemble all of our items, to this minute have not followed up on getting someone out to complete the assembly of our goods, pick up trash left behind or let us know what happened to our household goods. Some of the people where kind and seemed helpful but not enough to make a real difference. It was difficult getting dispatch on the phone. Not at all an easy process.

This is a stand up company. They work really hard to take care of their customers. As a military family with extraordinary stresses during this pandemic, safety was their number one priority along with expedited delivery from one state to another. I would highly recommend this company!! Hands down excellent customer service. Thanks y'all

The movers showed up on time, and they were fast. During moving, some executive decisions were made about where to put our items, which wasn't awesome. For example, leaving houseplants outside in the backyard. :/ Overall though, we had a perfectly okay experience. The price seemed reasonable too.

STAY AWAY!! I don't even know where to begin. Terrible experienced. They gave me a 9-10am window and showed up a few minutes after 11. They were very inexperienced and moved incredibly slow, damaged my new painted walls in several places, damaged my lounge chair + had to be watched and monitored like children to make sure everything was done right and no more damage ensued. They then charged us for an additional hour which was caused by THEM. I never leave reviews, but feel I really have to. Save yourself and use another company.

Horrible horrible horrible, mean packers. They trash your stuff. At first they seemed like sweet ladies, but nope. They broke glass items, including breaking a glass sugar bowl full of sugar into a box of other items. They intentionally crushed lampshades and other fragile items including artwork to jam them into boxes. They just dump and crush and jam into boxes, whether it's clothes or food or heirlooms or toys or tools, sometimes all together. Scratches, scuffs and dents all over. Then they mislabel lots of boxes simply as "decorations" and you can't find anything while unpacking later. Avoid these packers. Seriously. You should stay away from them.

I just recently moved into the area. This company moved my household goods. This company by far has been the worst!!!! They are so unprofessional. They did not finish the job that was stated in the contract. And when I talked to their boss Remy he promised they would come out the following day to make right. They canceled on me and he has not answered my phone calls. I am beyond pissed at this company and their subpar customer service and performance. I hope they lose their business and I also hope the military does not not continue to business with them. They have no respect for your house hold good items or their profession.

The Government hired the company. First I will say that the young college men who delivered our household goods were TERRIFIC. They were careful and not just in a rush to dump the stuff in the house. I mean they were great! That said everything else was not good, right down to the fact that the claim manager worked for the company. I've moved somewhere in the neighborhood of a dozen times in my nearly 30 years in the military. This was the worst. Period.

These guys were hired to crate some of my more valuable items. The movers moving my stuff from Brooklyn to Hawaii recommended them. They did an excellent job crating in Brooklyn, but our furniture has been in Hawaii for close to a month, and we get nothing but excuses as to why they have yet to uncrate our items. Today they told me that they don't have anyone here in Hawaii to perform the service and are reaching out to the movers who dropped off our furniture so long ago. So why take the job in the first place? They don't care as they get their money eventually. No sense of urgency whatsoever and nothing but excuses. Anyone moving to Hawaii needs a better choice.
