What a great experience! I ordered some last minute business cards through same-day service before a big event and another store informed me at noon the day before my event that their printer was down. I thought it would be a long shot to try to order them from the Woodbridge Staples mid-day but when I told Kaila what happened she really delivered! Not only did my business cards look great but she promised that she would stay late if she had to. With staff shortages everywhere great service is rare! Kaila is really a gem. Thank you so much!

Happy to see the failure this store has become since they terminated me without cause, just old grudges. As long as Mahoney and feagler oversee this location it will continue to fail. I tried to tell you Janice and Jay! You idiots took a perfectly running store and ran it into the ground for pride and greed. Look at ya now???

I had a terrible experience with this store yesterday. I went for an Amazon return, there was no body at the kiosk so I approached to one of the asociales in the printing area, she told me she could help me and asked me to wait to finish her phone call. I waited patiently for her and when she was done, she asked me to follow her to the return station. While I was waiting, people starting to arrive and the same lady who asked me to wait for her, with terrible attitude and dismissiveness told me I had to wait (5 people now ) my turn because “she has clients to help”, another associate came and asked me the same. I guess I am not a client for them, and trying to tell to me I was lying about being there first and I needed to wait extra additionally to the time I already waisted.Stapples lost my business. Good luck by treating their clients like this.

Very bad customer service .was serve by this guy name shawna. very disgruntled behavior felt like I was going to a war zone not helpful at all went in to make some documents for business is attitude was unwelcome maybe who own this store needs to teach him more customer service skills I don’t know

The countdown on the computer started before it was even done loading (not that it's a big deal, but a full minute of time to boot immediately adds on). Not to mention the program took longer than necessary to load as well (again, adding on more time). And ONE piece of paper to get laminated would take an hour and a half. I was then brought over to the self-lamination area, and I'd have to buy a $13 pack of ten to again, laminate one page. No thanks. I got giggly "sorrys".

This store's consumer service has really done down. Some man from the printer section was so rude to me, I will not be spending my money at this store, or any other Staples. I went to a printer shop in Woodbridge and had a pleasant experience.

Name tags of employees not visible and customer bathroom locked 1/31/23I've been visiting the Woodbridge Staples for years now and this is the first time I've found the restroom with a sign on it informing customers they have to ask an employee to unlock it.An employee whose name tag was not visible (40 year old white male, glasses, red Staples fleece) told me the bathroom had been locked for 3-4 years but this is the first time I've encountered this at the Woodbridge Staples. Am I mis-remembering or is this a textbook case of gaslighting?1/31/23 9:33 am $10.35 receipt total cashier 1391472

Clerk said they had what I needed. 1 left. "Must have been a miscommunication". I specifically asked if they had the XL ink cartridges. Twice told yes. Drive all the way there. "Miscommunication between the clerks". Never going back there.

Staples used to be my go to place when I lived in NYC. But moving to Woodbridge, VA and visiting this store made me feel that I would need to stop going there for good. I went to print something out of my drive and the picture on the paper didn’t come out as I expected. So I asked the guy who works there. He turned into lecturing me how I should fix it myself and that he can’t do anything. Very disappointed that if I could help myself, of course I wouldn’t have visited staples. Never going there again !

We came in to buy an office chair. At first our experience was very positive, we were given the attention we needed, an employee helped us find the boxed chair we wanted to purchase and escorted us to the register.Then it went downhill.After scanning the chair, the cashier offered a protection plan, which we thought about purchasing as we have two small children. We came in wanting to spend $150, not $170. When you're on a single income, asking to pay an additional $20 on a protection that only lasts 3 years is a big deal. So we said no. He immediately became passive aggressive and angry. He was very rude and snide.This is why people prefer online shopping. We won't be coming back to this staples.
