White guy working the shipping section for Amazon returns was rude for no reason. I asked if he has a trash can to throw the Amazon shipping bag away and he replies “sometimes I wish I can say no but I’m not allowed to…” ummmm okay. Way to make me feel bad for asking.

Went to make some copies and after I send the copies in every thing correct it print me empty pages and they charge me for them when I went to ask why is not printing I can have my money back but that wasn’t the case no refund no copies … awful

WARNING: No more public bathrooms! No complaints with Staples, which is still the place to fulfill my home office supply needs, and I recently took advantage of the HP Printer trade-in offer at the story. However, no longer allowing customers to use public bathrooms is an affront to the elderly, pregnant women, small children, the disabled, or anyone else who may have to "go" while they are shopping in this big space.

I have been in several Staples stores. Each store has been clean and generally well stocked. The various staff members have always been friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance. I will drive the extra distance to shop at a Staples store rather than a convenient, in driving distance, Staples competitor.

I would like to thank Dante Galloway the customer service person at the Staples in Potomac Mills for his excellent customer service. Dante went above and beyond to assist my sister and I. You don’t find too many people these days that are friendly and respectful. Staples should give him a raise. Also, his store manager was awesome too. Great job Staples for having such wonderful employees. If you ever need assistance in Staples ask for Dante G. he’s the best.

I have never had a problem with the customer service at this location. The majority of employees and management, are great. However, I want to highlight Dante Galloway. He is like sunshine! He is ALWAYS smiling, friendly, helpful. and has a positive word for you.
I want to bring some of my elementary aged students to meet him because he exemplifies kindness and love. He deserves a raise and a management position or something. He's outstanding!

What a great experience! I ordered some last minute business cards through same-day service before a big event and another store informed me at noon the day before my event that their printer was down. I thought it would be a long shot to try to order them from the Woodbridge Staples mid-day but when I told Kaila what happened she really delivered! Not only did my business cards look great but she promised that she would stay late if she had to. With staff shortages everywhere great service is rare! Kaila is really a gem. Thank you so much!

Happy to see the failure this store has become since they terminated me without cause, just old grudges. As long as Mahoney and feagler oversee this location it will continue to fail. I tried to tell you Janice and Jay! You idiots took a perfectly running store and ran it into the ground for pride and greed. Look at ya now???
