This store deserves major recognition, I came in for a upgrade, not knowing it would take longer than expected… but all the employees that assisted me were great did not have a problem with any of them! Shout out to Sam who assisted me first Khalik who also tried to help and then the manger Melissa who finished the job, appreciate all of the hard working employees at this store!

Easy worst location to go too. I had 3 employees approve my phone for warranty then you get Samuel wanting to be employee of the month so he can get a increase on his 15bucks hr rate to deny me after new phone was sent. All warranties are trash never want to honor them. Give Sam employee of the month and put his picture on the wall, lolThen they force you call insurance and deal with the bots and ppl who can't understand a word your saying. Customer service is at an all time low

My SIM card bit the dust on Friday night of Christmas weekend. T-Mobile service on Sunday morning was excellent and fairly fast at no cost.

I’ve had trouble activating my phone I even called customer service and they couldn’t figure it out but the customer service was incredibly awesome. They ended up calling me back a couple hours later to make sure my phone was working ( special thanks to Kim, a guy not a girl lol, from customer service on the phone )while I was at the T-Mobile store working with a sales person namedKhalik. While I was inside the store, Khalik was helping me and he was very informative and patient. He was able to fix the problem and activate my phone quickly and was very personable. I am very pleased with tmobiles customer service in person ( ask for Khalik ) and over the phone

Tried to get the screen cover replaced. While waiting had a sales pitch to me re their internet. I turned the service down, amazingly, they did not have the part in stock and can not order one for me. Read between the lines.

If I could give T-Mobile at the Cheshire Plaza location in Woodbridge, Va. a rating of zero, I certainly would. Today and to my regret, I visited the store to inquire about potential phone equipment and services I might be interested in. After walking into the store, we sat down and waited to be assisted. After waiting, a T-Mobile employee walked right past us, looked in our direction and did not even acknowledge our existence. She displayed no customer service know how whatsoever. She did not greet us, did not say sorry to keep you waiting, I am with another customer, will be with you shortly or anything. That kind of nonchalant attitude set the tone for the entire experience with T-Mobile. We were made to feel like we were not valued as customers and they did not care about securing our business. We politely got up and left, never to return. Hope that T-Mobile take the time to properly train their staff in the importance of establishing a positive customer service relationship with all customers who come into their stores. A simple greeting goes a long way to strengthen goodwill and word of mouth referrals due to customer satisfaction. Such a disappointment, never intend to go back!!!!!!

Todays is 6:24 pm Monday October 16 2013, I can to the store for help, one of the start with a bad attitude, she was just about to push out or the store, very unpolite, I will never come back to this store. Bad customer services.

I went to this store a few days ago to buy a new cellphone for my son and the attention that Khalik gave me was excellent, very kind and patient, khalik and Melissa explaining everything to me in detail, I highly recommended this great customer service ? ? ?
