Great staff and company overall. We were trying to fill an order for a family members funeral service and they went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the correct count of items and not have to travel all over the state!!! Thank you Sports Nation Potomac Mills, Springfield and Fair Oaks locations!!!!

The Customer Service here is EXCELLENT, both Shawn & Jennifer were able to help get the PERFECT Ravens Jersey from another store & make sure it was to my satisfaction before taking it. We live over 45 Minutes away but rest assured we will be back when it comes to any sports memorabilia just because of them. Also they have a HUGE selection to choose stuff from which is also very nice.

Sean who rang us up was great! He approached us when we came in, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Honestly great customer service, If I could give him more stars I would. Prices are very competitive and cheaper than what I found online, highly recommend!
