Woodbridge location Store smelled like cigarettes on a number of occasions. Who wants to shop intimates with that stench?! I can not return.

Such a wonderful expirience and top quality brand! Who knew bras could be sexy and comfortable? Laibah was encouraging without being pushy and helped me find my usual styles while encouraging me to try new ones. I truly appreciate the time and care she took with me (and so does my fiance ? )

I went in today hoping someone could help me figure out my bra size postpartum/baby and sure enough I got fabulous help and service. The young woman who helped me measured me, helped me determine my bra size and brought several bra options for me to try. I walked out of there with three new bras and smiling. Definitely stop by!

I went up to the shopping center to buy new bras from Lane Bryant and found that store was closed. I always knew exactly what to buy in that store, and was tired at the thought of having to find something else. I wandered into the Soma store, and Natasha was so very helpful. She helped me choose what I think will be my new favorite bra, and then pointed out the softness of the pajamas. I came away with two of the softest sleep shirts ever, and cooling, too. Thank you!

I went in to Soma to get a fitting and find some bras and I was a little nervous about the fitting, but everything went so smoothly! Soma uses these awesome bralettes with censors to find your size. Laibah and Amanda were absolutely professional, kind, and helpful. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

First time visiting, SA very helpful, dressing rooms looks very nice , ( which you don't see these types anymore) . Prices is bit higher then most but I found what I was looking for . 3 bras at little over $100- with bogo sales . They do have no padding, wireless bra that is nice and prettier than most older version, I like this company, it's my go to bra shop place .

The associates there were not friendly. They would look at each other with every comment I would make. It made me feel uncomfortable. I will not make any further purchase ever again from Soma. Furthermore, I made a big order of intimates to learn a pair of my underwear had a hole in them. I tried to return with tag and receipt and the associates said they couldn't do anything because the system locks them out because it had been months. I never though I would have to check the seat of my underwear...never had to do this with other stores. The point is, Soma had underwear that were flawed; what's interesting is they had the same pair of underwear in a bin on clearance which they would not allow me trade out! So after buying a bra, only because I had a birthday coupon, I decided I no longer will support Soma...returned the bra and just got a couple of pair of underwear with that $15 coupon. Definitely not my kind of store...no wonder these stores are always so empty. I'll stick with Nordstrom's and Victoria's Secret! They both have great quality products and customer service!
