$63.00 spent for cold food and gravyless pot pies. Ordered lunch today and got the 2 meat combo with half rack of baby back ribs and 2 slices of meat loaf. Plus a large meatloaf lunch with 3 slices of meat loaf, creamed spinach and Broccoli. All food was cold, the portion sizes for the meatloaf were barely enough for 1 person and looked like leftover meatloaf . Pot pies were dry, tasted like a tin can and had little to no gravy. The ribs had decent flavor but were also cold. For $63.00 you would think the food would be up to par, today was no where near the case. We called the restaurant to voice our complaints to the manager and her response was, " well, nobody has ever complained about our pot pies " and hung up on us. I mean seriously??? Very terrible, terrible customer service and the food was absolutely disgusting. Manager didn't even seem to care and should be properly trained on how to do their job. Tried calling the corporate office and got no answer and tried several times to the restaurant manager and she is blocking our calls now and we get no answer. Boston Market, if this is how treat your customers, you should close the doors to this restaurant!
