I bought a mattress from this store a few years back. I went there today on Memorial Day to purchase a king mattress. The only sales lady present in the store didn't care to pick up her head from her keyboard to look at me and answer my questions. So rude. I expected to receive proper service when thinking of spending thousands of dollars on a bed.

Don’t let another night pass while sleeping on a mattress that doesn’t give you quality rest. Gracie was welcoming, attentive and listened to our sleeping concerns. I didn't actually go into the store, I was texting with an associate and they gave me a friend's and family discount and then tried to charge me more. Then placed a order that I NEVER authorized so I didn't even know that until I called the store to complain. I did end up getting what was originally stated but to go threw all that was not worth it. I am waiting over 2 weeks for delivery.

Tonikwa was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were prepared to stop at the Sleep Number store and then try out some other brands elsewhere. Our experience her le was outstanding and we decided we didn't need to go anywhere else. We left saying that had it not been for Tonikwa's excellent service, we likely would have followed our original plan.

I have bought about twenty thousand dollars worth of merchandise from this store. They don't allow for reviews on their website. This frustrating, especially when they introduce new products. The newest and the reason for my Vista this time was the heating pad. They haven't ironed out all the kinks. The remote is very cheap and uses a lot of battery power. So far, we've used a half dozen batteries in two months. Hopefully, it will work out, or the company will provide an app on our phones, which is something they should have done in the first place.The pad itself performs well, with the exception of providing warmth for the feet. The main reason I bought it. As a result you can get too warm and ruin a good night's sleep. Overall, it's a good idea.

I spent almost $7000 in a bed with an adjustable base, and from the beginning, the base started making a noise, and every day was getting worse. Technician comes to check the problems and they said they have to replace the base because some parts aren't good, but I have to contact different companie for the next steps. They provided the number, and I called many times and stayed in the line about 1h waiting and never gotten an answer. I'm very disappointed, how I trust them and they don't care about fixing the problems. I thought they were more professional and responsable.

I have never given a bad review in a store, but I feel cheated I bought a sleep number mattress in store 1 they sold me a mattress with a pump when I said I didn’t want it with a pump I asked if it worked without a pum she said Yes it’s not true,It looks like a deflated mattress.2 they didn’t let me return the mattress until 1 month later. 3 they charged 500 $ for shipping saying that they can’t do anything even though I asked before buying. 4 I want to make a complaint very customer service wrong they say that at the moment It can not be it seems unfair to payShipping when they give bad information.
