gross. room was obviously not smoke free, the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag and had not been removed. neighbors were noisy all night and a car blasted music at 4:30 in the morning in their parking lot. would not recommend if traveling and need a good nights sleep.

Room was clean and well appointed. Easy to find. The staff is very helpful. Beds were much firmer than expected. The bathroom was clean but very small and had no lock on the sliding door. It is just across the road from a small shopping center.

We went here as a part of my husband's birthday weekend and we had a terrible experience. The room smelled heavily of cleaner which wasn't an issue for us. The bathroom shower head was the smallest I've EVER seen except in RVs and they also had restricted on the output. The hair dryer and TV was also small. The bed was comfortable but when we woke up we had rashes on our bodies. It was the first time we've ever had this issue. When we told the person at the front desk they just stared blankly at us. I think there was a language barrier there. We will NOT be staying here again and will be filing a complaint with the hotel.

There's always room for improvement but this is a nice place. Clean rooms with amenities. Hotel staff was friendly and recognized us and knew what room we were in coming and going. It's right near a ton of shopping and restaurants so that is convenient. Not overpriced like other places and just as nice if not better. Love the shower!Safety: Security cameras are abundant so it feels like you're very safe.

This place it is located in such an perfect place close to the mall and food all around, now this is not a family chill hotel per say but is great to sleep and go breakfast is enough to get you going and about service to me everyone was good and helpful. Now the water pressure is an issue here it is an old building and yes people smoke mariguana you could smell it around the rooms of who are doing it but that is nonsmoking rule that should apply but I was not next to them so it was not an issue however I will encourage to make that clear up in check in like sign a waiver or something. Rooms are good and parking was good over all I will recommend this place because it worked for me.Rooms: Clean well doneSafety: No worries of people just hanging out by the hotel lateWalkability: Parking is close enoughFood & drinks: Breakfast was good. The staff is so nice, the rooms are clean and the cleaning staff is accommodating. When you check in they make you feel like your the most important person in the room. The breakfast is good in the morning and the coffee is fantastic. I recommend you stay here

Love this hotel. We arrived late on a rainy night. There were 2 rooms left for which we were thankful. The person at the desk, Jeanette Davis was so friendly and helpful. We had a room in no time. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast next am was good and so convenient so we could get an early start. I left my kindle in the room and again Ms. Davis was helpful and made sure it came back to me. Would definitely stay there any time I am in the area...or try another Sleep Inn wherever I travel.

Clean, good breakfast (very good hotel sausages), and great shower/bathroom! Front desk service was a little lackluster when I tried to get a manager but I don’t really care. Also, if you’re staying a little longer like I did, the dryer didn’t work but I just hung my clothes up anyways. Would stay again though!

****BEWARE POT SMELL******I was so excited to finally find an affordable, safe hotel. We used booking .com and did some research.My husband and I always have issues finding a motel with good ratings that doesn't break the bank. Check in was quick, BUT while walking to our room we were smacked in the face with a STRONG pot smell. I am all for people using it for medicinal purposes BUT NOT IN A HOTEL WHERE THERE ARE CHILDREN!!!The smell was coming from a room a few doors from us. We called to inform the front desk and the gentleman said he would take care of it but he never did. We didn't have a choice but to stay the one night as we were traveling. We did all we could to help mask the smell, We even tried to put towels up around the door to seal the smell out. We had paid for a 2 night stay. But we checked out early and the girl with the blue hair at checkout wasn't very friendly. All she said was that she would "inform her manager" why is it so difficult to find a hotel without issues??. After reading a little further with previous reviews, some of the other tenants had the same issue and that was 4 months ago!!! Why was this issue not resolved?!?!I'm sure other people may not have issues but just in case I want you to be aware. I don't recommend staying here. This hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free!!! The room itself wasn't terrible, The bed was comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. The bathroom was ok but it didn't have an exhaust fan. The shower however was awful. We had to put a towel in the bottom to keep from falling. There was absolutely no water pressure but the temperature did get quite hot.

The most recent reviews accurately describe this place -- not clean, impossible to shower because of low water pressure, and unsavory characters hanging around -- looks like a hooker hangout. If that's your taste and what you are looking for, be my guest. I was so dissatisfied at checkout that I asked to talk with the manager -- not on property -- or the maintenance person -- again, not on property. I'm waiting over 4 days now for a phone call from Mr. Acul Patel (manager) and that seems to be hopeless. I learned that cheap is not always better -- for $10 more don't shortchange yourself and stay elsewhere! You'll thank me if you do

A renovated property literally right next to a Marriott which is more than twice the price. However, the housekeeper has missed some spots on the carpet and even on the wall in the bathroom. The rest of the room was fine. Bed and linens all good. The issue is unreasonably low water pressure. I would stay elsewhere next time bc there is a lot of choice in this area.

We work nights.Curtains definitely cover the sun.The room was pretty small for a single bed.The bathroom was nice. But the door wasn't.There's not even a lock, and the shower is weird.Shaped like an egg capsule.Pressure was low.The shampoo they offer is pretty nice, but no conditioner.Lotion was nice, too.

Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well. Nice color scheme. Friendly staff. Breakfast available - no Pastry but fluffy scrambled eggs (one day they were cold but other two days warm) bagels, yogurt, sausage, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and the all-important waffle maker. Coffee could be better. Exercise room small but equipped with good machines. Wish it had some free weights. Laundry available a plus but you do need lots of quarters- would be great if they would upgrade to credit card laundry.

Staff was nice and accommodating & surfaces/beds were clean. But at around 2am I noticed multiple bugs around the bathroom and fridge/desk area. Pictures attached all from different areas in the room that night. Stay was over Christmas holiday and they only come to clean every 3 days so not sure what the cause was. Room was on the first floor. Will not be staying again.

My husband and I have stayed here many times and found it to be close to everything. I am handicapped. The shower head and spray wouldn't reach the shower seat. No decent items on the free breakfast. The safety lock was broken. Towels only replaced every 3rd day. After all our stays here we will be changing hotels. SO SAD.
