Never answered, never returned email inquiry, never returned any calls. It's like they don't exist. Good thing I found that out soon so I can take my business elsewhere.

Now I know you're lying... you only asked for another file after I mentioned how it looked not before so please no need to lie to save face on a Google review to try to make yourself look good you dropped the ball and now others will know just do better that's it that's all... this is actually the fastest I've seen you respond too bad it was to not make you look as bad on a review lol. Nobody is trying to trick you for a $150 banner I just want what I paid for to be in working order is all. I see that the truth struck a nerve and you wanted to get personal so just to let you know we're an e-commerce business with a commercial facility right here in Woodbridge with 5000+ sqft so please don't imply that you're working harder because of that. That's ridiculous. We have over 13 employees and grossed over 2 million in the past year so there's no need to trick you as you say over 150 dollars. I don't usually leave comments only when the products services or company is terrible! If you were working hard you'd be in the office to answer questions, review products and not leave products outside for customers to pick up. And your employee Joyce or Joy told everything I needed to know that you guys receive faulty products so save it and be a better steward of your 'hard working' business!

Signarama did a great job as always updating our store front for 24/7 access. The staff is professional and caring. Finished product is always installed in a timely manner. The place to go for your signage needs.

I went to this business on Saturday, February 25 at around 4:30 pm (they close at 5pm that day). When I entered the location there was a lady who when I started explaining why I was there, she looked from the start irritated and bothered, and rolling her eyes when I asked questions (maybe because it was almost time to close), I told her I needed to have an estimate on gosthing or buffing my car because I had my car wrapped before but you could still see something. So before looking at my car she said they would not do it, and started rolling her eyes in a very rude manner.To make a long story short. She took pictures and send it to a lady who confirmed they would not do the job and to take my car to have it painted ?I was shocked 1) there was nobody in the shop with expertise to givve me an answer. 2) I could not believe the kind of customer service they gave, they could have said comeback when a technician is here to evaluate, etc etc but they did nothing to try to help, unbelivable treatment and I would never go back there ever.
