Great local business - better than dealing with any of the web based big gorillas for sure. Talk to 1 person the entire way through and can customize easily. They take their time to get you exactly what you want.

Updated: Was contacted by coordinator and Shirt Art Inc plans to help resolve the issue.I understand that this is a family owned business and we appreciate the opportunity to rectify this situation. Will return with an edited review after receiving the revised hoodie.Received our hoodies for our young kids and the design was placed on the back when the photo and description showed design on the front. Excuse was “design didn’t fit on front” but they created the design. Why couldn’t the design you created be fit to size as needed? The worst part of it all was the design was changed and not communicated before production. Now we have blank front hoodies. Not even a small top corner logo on the front. Extremely disappointed especially for the amount of orders. Will never use this company again.

This is a great business. The selection is vast, the product is high quality, and they are great about communicating with customers. Best of all, we made a mistake on our order and they helped me get it corrected within two days so my team would have our shirts in time. We will continue to use them for our team shirts and recommend them to others.

HORRIBLE customer service. I asked for a price quote on 11 hats and still haven’t received it and it has been days. I’ve called multiple times and they give me the sarcastic answer “we’re getting to it.” They tell me each time they’re going to send it that day and I still haven’t received an email. DO NOT do business with this pathetic company. If there were negative stars I would give them five !
