Great little gas station. They have a teeny bathroom you access from outside. (They are always dark and gross) this was clean, well stocked and smelled nice. Overall a positive experience. Keep it up!

This morning I went there to use my gas points I had $.40 off a gallon I put my card in and I started using the pump and it said that it gave me about 2 gallons of gas and then it turned off well when I got into my car to see what was going on and there was no gas in my car and my car was completely empty when I got there I had 7 miles I still have 7 mile so I went in and talk to the store associate and he didn’t do anything about it he just move me to another pump and never gave me a refund for the gas that I didn’t receive

Worst customer service ever!! They overcharge you and try not to give you the correct change. They are extremely slow. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

Needs maintenance done on pumps. This is the third time pumping didn't stop automatically and oil overfilled. Oil fell on car plus on the ground. Cashier blames me every time saying you have to look when it's full. D*** people don't know that you can't look how much is left to fill thats why there's an auto shut!!! Which sometime soon never works what so ever. When filling gas, make sure to be close by and keep an eye. Car still stinks due to gasoline on the body. Had to wash it myself. Called manager and he's like "buddy go somewhere else or do whatever you want to do". Like seriously?! I've emailed Shell company and waiting for their response.

I wass fill the gass and get car wash and mashin didn't have soap I told the guys no soap in there and he told me go other gass station do not come back here I am regulars customer this gass station every day I am spend $20 he told me he is mannger

Had to make a stop at the nearest gas station to pump my tires in the middle of my 6-hour road trip. I have always known woodbridge was a sketchy place, but you won't really know how sketchy till you interact with some people. The air service is WAY overpriced! Almost 2 dollars for just a couple minutes. There were no directions or anything on the machine and I was unfamiliar with it since ALL of the air machines in all of the gas stations I have been to have screens to tell you when you've achieved your psi. THIS MACHINE WAS LIKE IT CAME FROM THE DAMN 1800'S! Went into the shell store to ask if there was anybody who could offer any assistance and the illiterate cashier just looked at me and said "No". Then went on to ignore me and yap with the customer infront of me. Disgusting service! Paid $2 for nothing. Had to drive to two other gas stations before I was able to pump some air. Do NOT go here! You'll be overpaying for trash service and quality. Gas was extremely jacked up too! Absolutely disgusting!
