stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.

Do not trust these liars! Went in for inspection, damn shiester tried to tell me so many lies! I feel bad for anyone who doesn't know cars THEY ARE LIARS AND BULLSHITTERS! Told me my cars brakes were metal in metal you can see 2 plus mm on these pads wanted to fix other stuff that wasn't even broke I will be reporting the inspector to Virginia for trying to take advantage! Damn liars! Don't trust these people with your vehicle!!!

I FOUND THAT ALL PRICING FOR REPAIRS WERE LOWER THAN MANY OTHER REPAIR SHOPS AND I WAS ABLE TO GET RIGHT IN AND OUT WITHIN 30 MINS ALL FLUIDS HAD BEEN TOPPED OFF AND MY TIRE PRESSURE WAS SET TO THE PROPER TIRE PRESSURE. I WILL SPREAD THE WORD AND OF COURSE ILL BE BACK

I went there to replace the broken wheel stub (I brought the part from Autozone) for $50 and then was offered an oil change ($35) as well. The owner looked nice, but in the end I got an invoice with additional $30 for the shop supply fee ( a total of $118 with tax). I know what the shop supply fee is, but never got much from other shops. I complained, but the owner shill charged me $17 more for the shop supply fee.On the way back home, the tire pressure check light was turned on and I found a screw on my tire and I had to go to another store to fix my flat tire.

I went to change engine oil but the opreator said you need to change the transmation oil and coolant and need tire rotation as well and brake i did ask check if its neceserly to change engine transmation and give estimation and estimted $ 541 i said just change the engine he said now have to do all other metion becouse guys already started work on and that is how riped me off $541 and scamme people and didnt perform on timely manner
