Now I’ve just got to get cracking on the emptying part, because it’s not my first rodeo I know how these prices can easily creep up. My son actually procured the storage facility for me because he also stores items at a Public Storage site as well.”

“The lady who runs the Hedges Run Woodbridge VA complex is AMAZING. She is such a kind hearted helpful person. Honestly her talents belong in a much higher customer relations job. Nobody likes paying so much for storing their stuff, most people think it's overpriced, but she simply has a way of making people feel good about using extra space above several closer competing companies. I cannot say enough about her! Extra Space take care of her, she makes your company look excellent! Obviously I have not used her name on purpose because this is a public review.”

“Wow. Lots to share. Overall great experience! Sales (Ruffino and Brian) are outstanding in terms of knowledge , support, and problem solving. It is because of them that I would buy another boat from HAMS. Service was a mixed experience for us. Our boat was received without some important elements installed (boat cover); responsiveness was sporadic but ultimately all issues and needs were settled. Julien was thorough and very helpful. Robyn in Finance was very easy to work with! Looking forward to many years of connection. We love our Key West and the fish are now very nervous!”

“Although I have no complaints with the facility or pricing, there was no human help at the Caton Hill facility on a Saturday afternoon, when I went to check in. I managed to check in by phone and found my unit with the help of another customer. I do appreciate that since my initial complaint, they've reached out to explain circumstances for lack of staff that day, so hoping things will be fine moving forward.”
