I came to American Freight with a friend looking for a dryer and found the perfect one. Lulu greeted us and was helpful from start to end. She found us the perfect dryer and the employees helped us load it up in the car. We are highly pleased with the service! I will be recommending American freight to friends and family.

I've been in and out this store in Woodbridge, as well as many other furniture stores. I wanted new furniture so I decided to go here. My initial experience with Quinton was ok, because he wanted to get the sale, and his commission. He did give me a discount on the set, under handed supposedly, but I also brought a coffee table set and When it rang up it was cheaper than the 300$ I thought it was but when I received it, it had no glass on the bottoms of the coffee table. I didn't have all the screws . When I called back to inform them Quinton was very rude and disrespectful, he also hung up on me in mid conversation and didn't answer after calling him back 3 times, to question his reasoning for hanging up on me like that. He said that, "I might as well keep the coffee table set because it was cheap and because its discontinued he can't get me another glass, as if it was ok because it was a lesser price and to get my screws I had to call the third party vendor that delivered the funiture to give me screws, because he might have the screws I needed. He was happy because i told him i would return the table, despite the cost and purchase another that i can fully utilize. I was gonna purchase something esle this month but after spending dam near 2000 $ and to get this type of customer service is unacceptable and I will not spend my money there again with them. I feel like I want to return it all and go esle where with my money

The store manager and the staff were absolutely amazing! The manager was training new employees and did a terrific job meeting my needs while also training 2 employees. The new assistant manager Jonathan and sales clerk lulu are in good hands. I highly recommend this location, I’ve been shopping at American freight for years, and the culture and vibe of this store is unmatchable

Staff very lazy just sitting behind the desk eating and giggling . Since we walked in till we left none of the 3 staff offered to assist or even walked toward us. Trash all around, mattresses not priced and no one to price for us. We walked out

I don't normally rate places so low, but let me tell you...My wife and I visited here a few weeks ago, so this I've had plenty of time to reflect on the experience. We were in to consider a replacement clothes washer and possibly a fridge.Our visit did not start off good. Imo, the store was in need of a good floor cleaning. (you will understand why I mention this in a second). There were ZERO other customers, or potential customers, present. Despite someone being there who was clearly an employee, they couldn't be separated from their cell phone (candy crush anyone?) long enough to even greet us or offer any type of help. We observed them engrossed in the phone long enough to form the opinion that this was definitely not phone use associated with the business. So, plenty of things the store needs, customers to greet, and your glued to a phone? Well, I hope the couch they were sitting on was at least comfortable. ?We remained in the store browsing for approximately 10 minutes, with zero interaction. I stress this point because even the dollar store, which is very busy, greets every customer. I've NEVER not had an employee in any store at the mall not greet us and offer help.My concern, especially at a place you expect to spend about a grand, is that If you can't greet your customers, imagine how hard it must be to find someone when there is a problem! To be clear, I could understand and let this easily slide if the employee had been busy with other customers.In addition, we found all - even significantly damaged - appliances significantly overpriced for their condition, in our opinion. Maybe they haggle prices? I'll never know, but a few hundred off retail price for a fridge with a door severely kinked in the middle? It literally looked like it had been thru an NHTSA auto crash test, I kid you not. A number of appliances were way beyond simple scratch and dent condition. I've literally seen better cosmetic appliances at the landfill. That's OK, if the discount justifies it, but we found no markdown that would justify settling for such damaged items, even ones placed in a location where the damage wouldn't matter. You will find better v scratch and dent markdowns at the nearby big box home improvement stores.Sorry, but for us it's a hard pass.Maybe you will have a better experience.

I had one of the most exciting shopping experience at the Woodbridge store. The Manager, Jio, went above and beyond to make sure not only did i get the lowest price of a displayed item (queen bed set) but also personally brought his own tools to disassemble the bed and load them onto my truck. He deserves a bonus and the highest customer service recognition . Because of him I will shop there again. Happy and satisfied customer.

Store had only one Clerc. The second employee is useless and does not engage the customers. Also, the restrooms are nasty! The pricing on dented appliances is announced in big signs as discounted of 45% in fact they drop under 20% only. The pricing is more expensive on dented items than on same new appliances at best buy. I am sorry but I will not recommend anyone to be a customer there.

Please save your money and help out these people out of business they will sell you merchandise that doesn't have the instructions nor all the screws needed than say they can't help HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE save yourself the stresss smh NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I bought a refrigerator here a few weeks ago that was listed as brand new. It didn’t work after a few days & it turns out it is a refurbished refrigerator & repair costs are more than buying it new. So far I have been told that they are unable to pick up item & replace it & won’t refund either. This is the photo of the compressor showing it is not a new refrigerator.
