Not a good experience at all. Had quite a few pieces of furniture to donate and they did not take any of them due to faded, spots. I did not think Salvation Army was so so picky with what they will take!!!

Horrible staff with terrible attitudes. Well literally verbally fought with you when you prove yourself correct. Never have I met worst customer service workers than those cashiers. We had one nasty dirty worker cough right on me without covering her mouth. The whole place is just trash. Highly suggest going to any other location. Zero stars if I could.

They have good stuff here, but I have a problem with how they tag their t-shirts. They basically add the tag around front below the neck. That means they punch a hole in the t shirt! As everyone knows, these are woven items and these mini holes will get bigger. Why don't they add the tag around the maker's tag? Or, some places added on that seam on the neck that is hidden? Because of this, I no longer stop here.

Store itself is ok. But the employees and management are very rude and very misunderstanding.. Can't believe the attitude I experienced from staff here

I don't even know why I tried to give the Salvation Army another try. This is the second time I've tried to do business with them. The staff is rude, unprofessional and nasty. Needless to say, they left without any of my donations. I'd rather pay a company to pick things up rather than deal with these folks ever again.

This is THE place to buy furniture!! You have to be patient and go often to find exactly what you’re looking for but eventually it will come and you can scoop it up for a reasonable price. I’ve been shopping here for 30 years and I always walk away with a treasure!!

My favorite Salvation Army. Items in this location are great especially the dinnerware and drinkware. The staff at this location most times are very helpful.

Always a favorite thrift store stop! Prices are pretty reasonable. Furniture. Clothes. Shoes. Housewares. Really good prices on the sale day. ThanksRestroom in desperate need of renovation and care. Donated a couple extra dollars toward the mission.

The entire staff is rude and unfriendly. The cashiers don’t say “ hello”or “thank you” after you pay. They all seem annoyed. It is not a pleasant experience. The ENTIRE staff is foreign and I believe they don’t truly understand how American customer service works. They may just be here due to work visas and just don’t really care about being there.

Organized, but prices are slightly higher than average thrift store. But I guess that's because they have a lot of quality items....?

Visiting VA. I love shopping the SA thrift stores. Worked for one 2009 thru 2013 in MO! Clothes are in color order. Sleeveless- long sleeves!

Rude staff. Unfriendly gentleman that was stationed their this Saturday around 11:45AM (7/30/2022) Why couldn’t just take my stuff? He yelled at my son so of course I spoke up and yelled back at him. It was an awful experience and he was very argumentive. So sad…

Visited several thrift shops today, and this one had the largest furniture selection, but also had the highest prices. Many items didn't seem worth the asking price.

The prices are way to high and it is donated for free I understand that salvation army help families in need but we also shop her because we are in need for a cheaper house hold items as well one of the guy here that does the pricing is very rude and prices how every he feels that day no prices on the rugs and furniture is priced way to high one rug he was trying to charge 80 dollars and to be honest it had some wear and spots and you want to charge me like if it is new that rug should have been no more then 50 dollars they have nice things but the man is very rude I remember I bought a dresser from them and when the took it outside And I notice that it was broken in the back he told me it's nothing he could do about it to be honest it should not been on the floor is what I told him or it should have been cheaper

Was going to donate some of items and I was not aware it was a retail seller. Had two people came by to pick them up and acted extremely unprofessional and ruse. Website does not really suggest what conditions have to be met for the item to he picked up. Honestly they are pretty brand new except I wasnt aware there was a tiny stain on the mattress. The guy came up to me and told me they are not taking 3 out of 5 mattress and I simply asked why and he got mad at me. Just be careful when you guys request for donation.
