Shaheen is a not so good manager ... You gyuz should not let her do work. Shaheen makes small issues and forces us to sign and doesn't take responsibility herself, passing it on to other managers. She helps Pakistani people a lot but lies a lot to other associates. I have noticed Her best friend is a girl Areeba Asim, and Shaheen favors her in every way. My request to the district manager and HR is to please open cameras for Shaheen and Areeba and check what they are doing.

Nice store but bad customer service I have ever seen in my life around 100 people and only two cashier open such a bad day for everyone

This Ross is not a good place for working never think guys to work here the mangers are to much rude they don't know how to talk with employees every manger is working for their people like Shaheen Pakistani manger always give hours to pakistani people the one she know them and no one care about others.... If she saw the pakistani employees is doing wrong thing she never notice it but if another one did a small mistake she will call her to come to office it's not fair... I'm surprised why no one is asking about here and mangers why no one doesn't ask from employees that what is going on inside the Ross... Just be aware to don't choose here to work.

The lady in fitting name Heather with yellow shirt short hair black woman is very rude arrogant and nasty she needs more training for customer , when I talk to the manager in duty Mimi she tries to save her co-worker that’s why when asked the fitting room woman name she gave me a fake name couture that clearly shows on her face that she was lying . That’s not right as manager she should address the issue. But looks like she didn’t give a damn about the customer

I am going to shop this Ross store for years but at the checkout counter they have always shortages of employees you have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes for check out of counter it is always very depressing

One of the cashiers was sooo rude and got mad at me because I did not know English so I had to call my daughter and she was giving us attitude for no reason, once I got home I saw that 3 piece sets that I had checked before going to the cashier were missing a 2 pieces and some of my babies clothe was ripped from the tag, I will find out what her name is, I personally don’t like to be disrespected by others because I don’t do that and I expect what’s given to others, if she works there is to do her job because she clearly gets paid for it and I understand if she was having a bad day but there was no reason for her to be rude to me because I don’t speak English and also threw the the things I had.

Never been to a Ross that won’t let me in while holding a coffee. This location quickly lost my business.
Update: Still one star. Returned a broken item the next day after purchasing and was treated like I broke it lol this place is a dump

Lines are always too long. The poor cashiers are always asking for back up but nobody comes to assist. I’ve seen workers shopping and conversations with friends while customers are lined up to the close to the entrance. SMH.
