Absolutely best vet clinic. Dr. Scott McCorkindale is amazing. That’s all I have to say.

Late post-but I must share. Our fur baby Mason was three months old and suddenly gravely I'll. Google told us to take him to the hospital in Lake Ridge. We made the late-night drive and had him accessed. A few hours later, we were met with a grave diagnosis-Kidney failure and imminent death. We were advised to have him euthanized or allow him to suffer with pain. My Infantry-Man husband refused to accept the diagnosis. I immediately went back to prayers. We wrapped Mason in his blinkie and cried all the way home. His body was limb and his eyes told us he was in pain. Then through divine intervention we called River Oakes the next morning. We faxed the documents to them, had a conversation with an angel of a woman on the other end. She said - BRING HIM IN NOW! She spoke with authority, empathy and compassion all at the same time. We did exactly that! None of our clothes matched, we looked horrible after holding, praying and crying over a dog who was now passing blood. When we handed Mason over, we were met with an immediate plan of action. DEATH was not spoken over our fur baby. I was reassured- Tough Guy aka my husband looked relieved. Mason was immediately taken to the back and the care plan was implemented. We were advised that he would have a hospital stay there for a few days. Two days later, the nurse sends me a video of our dog walking in the garden area. I yelled out a praise so loud that it scared my Yorkie, my husband ended his business call- took my phone in the bathroom and cried as he watched the video. I wasn't supposed to know he was crying. When he came back to my presence we prayed again and watched the video four or five more times. Our rambunctious fur baby was back to himself. When we called, we were told that he had to stay a little longer for observations, but we were able to visit him. The staff was sending videos every day. We danced and praised GOD for River Oakes and the entire staff. If Mason could speak our language he would say "Thank You and He Loves You All". We bought him home totally recovered. Its as though nothing happened. I don't know what they did in the back room-but whatever it was, It was a manifestation of God's power through people! My family and I are truly thankful!

Amazed with how well everything went with the surgery to be fixed for poor Cesar aka Scooby-Doo. He's managed to go back to his amazing and loving self and can't thank this vet for the continued support and help if I have questions.

This is the best vets office I've ever worked with. The vet spends plenty of time with you making sure all of your concerns are addressed. The front office staff are lovely. The practice is very busy but that's because their awesome. Worth the waiting. Moving out of state and dreading finding a new vet. Wish you guys the best. Thanks for everything you've done for our best friend!!

I made an appointment a month ago. Someone just called me JUST now at 12:30 and said, I’m calling to verify for your appointment tomorrow at 12:30. I said ,”oh man unfortunately we can’t make it.” She said, “that’s fine, just know you’ll be charged a late fee because it’s 24 hours.” I said “well mam it’s exactly 24 hours right now and I’m letting you know. “ she said, “ that’s fine and hung up.” Little does she know I’m out of town visiting my grandmother…. Yea I won’t ever be going here. This was for an initial visit.

Don't remember the name of the vet Dr but she was pretty rude and unfriendly for a first time visitor.I was told over the phone to bring a urine sample from my litter box. She asked if that was even possible, as if I would lie about something like that, until the vet tech confirmed (seems like it was a new person that didn't realize that was impossible).I also tried to explain my concerns with how fearful my cat was around strangers when I'm not around; she asked how I could possibly know what she was like if I wasn't around (the obvious answer being my friends/bf telling me afterwards). She also asked multiple times if they needed to cut my cat's nails; I don't know if she was trying to get an additional charge out of me, but I had to tell her several times I cut my cat's nails myself.Overall, not a very pleasant experience. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I wouldn't feel comfortable going back to someone with any of my concerns who felt so arrogant and combative.

my pet needs to see a specialist, I finally found one, called them and asked them to send over the referral and x-rays and they were never sent over. My pet is in pain and now I have to wait longer due to their understaffing and failing to send over the paperwork required to move forward with the specialist.update: they called back and said someone would be coming in to send the referral

Fantastic vet. The staff and Dr M are all wonderful. Reasonable pricing too. I have a cat and they love all animals (some of the local vets obviously have a preference for dogs).

Got here for our appointment at 10:00am and waited on hold for 15 minutes. So we called back and we were told that our appointment would be rescheduled because we were more than 15 minutes late. This place has terrible customer service , everytime we’ve came here they take forever to let us inside.

The vets and everybody are really nice except the receptionist. I don't know what her problem is ...if she hates her job she should just quit . Its multiple occasions I call and she has the nastiest attitude for no reason. Like seriously and I'd be wrong if I go back and forth with her right. Why does she even still work there she's giving the business a bad look with her funky unnecessary attitude. Anyways everybody else is really nice except her .
