Absolutely horrible!! Do not use!!! Typical hook and bait scam. Took my elderly father in to make appt for an estimate for a walk in shower. Sales person advised of the walk in shower packages and we picked one out for $1,500 minus the labor. (based on flyer she provided for the plastic inserts) As they came out for the estimate/measuring the quote provided was astronomically high thus (16,000) we decided we only wanted the walk in shower as initially discussed not the other bathroom items. Walked back in the store to nail down the shower option only as advised prior to coming in that's what we wanted. The sales person continued to push the entire bathroom remodel. Again I stated we wanted the price for just the shower option. Because we knew the shower package being 1,500, I explained that the math was not right as hidden in the pages of line by line items they put the shower package price but then padded each shower item again thus double dipping which no doubt explained the crazy high price of 16,000 for a shower, small sink and toilet. She then walked out to get an explanation only to come back and say sorry. But I gave you "our" cost and not the customer package quote. Even though she provided the flyer with the shower quote clearly listed. Upon our first meeting she went into much detail of the value of the walk in shower options with the inserts. Bottom line they were very deceptive in trying sell an elderly man a walk in shower for the real price being buried in a full bathroom remodel and was exposed when they were asked to just provide the shower quote of 1,500 with the labor thus exposing their deceptive sales pitch. Deal with this company BEWARE

Personal, complete service. Dave spent all the time needed with me even through a couple of my requested design changes. Dave worked with me and my contractor on getting the right materials and on the design. Everything was on time and exactly as needed for our contractor to put it all together. We were putting cabinets in a basement apartment which had nothing but a wet bar when we moved in. We're very pleased and it's been three months since the work was completed. Reico had been recommended by our contractor. I plan to use them on my next phase also.

Reico Kitchen and Bath did out kitchen seventeen years ago. Since then, our undercabinet lights began to burn out, and I could not find them at the big box stores or on line. I took a chance to stop by their Woodbridge showroom. They welcomed me warmly into the shop, listened to my problem, found us in their system, and identified the specific light bulb and fixture I needed. They even gave me a copy of rhe printout and I was able to order the exact fixture. Thank you to Reico of Woodbridge!

We went here to shop for replacements as our home suffered water damage. There is a showroom showcasing shower and kitchen layouts we may have been interested in. Nena was the onsite representative we talked to who we shared we were working with our home insurance. She shared that there may be a haggling process. She also came by my home to take measurements and wanted to contact our home insurance. We provided that information. We hoped to be brought in to plan and mKe our selections prior to that. She said she needed requirements and has been mums since having been unable to connect with anyone. Helped? Meh. Moved on.

The project manager (Blair Jones) was outstanding. The work crew was also. It’s been a couple months using the kitchen and we still haven’t found even the slightest thing to complain about, and that’s saying a lot for me!

I visited this location's showroom and because of my experience I decided to go with another supplier. When I arrived I was immediately "wowed" but the showroom. I was expecting to only see display samples, but the full kitchen and bathroom displays were immaculate! I had my dimensions in hand and asked the associate if someone could assist me with a quote based on samples I liked. She informed me no; I would need to email to schedule an appointment with the designer as well as her and told me to feel free to look around the store. (I was the only customer in the store.) While looking around, I heard her on the other side of the showroom assisting someone who came in after me in great detail -- far more than I received. I had to wait until the interaction ended to get the business cards she promised. The other customer was seen out to the door, I was not. I'm not sure why, but the levels of customer service were noticeably different. I immediately left and went to another recommended supplier where the President/CEO took me back to their production area, let me look at 100s of samples, and personally sat down with me to provide quotes and answer all my questions (without having to email someone to set up an appointment). Safe to say, I went with that supplier.

Reico team did an amazing job advising us on the new vanity setup we chose for our home remodeling project. After looking at the prices at Lowes and Home Depot for a new vanity setup, we realized that for the quality of the product you get with Reico it was well worth a few hundred dollars more to get a custom made vanity.The quality and finish is amazing as well as the measurements! Even our installer was amazed at the quality and all the supplies provided by Reico to install and make the vanity set look as if it always belonged there!I strongly recommend Reico to build your own custom vanity set and let them advice you on how to best utilize your space! Professional staff members and high quality products. Knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Showroom has beautiful designs for Kitchen and Bath. High tech remodeling services are offered at this location. The design staff is wonderful and they assist you with creating the "Dream" kitchen or bathroom you've always wanted. They basically walk your through the process and educate you at the same time. They definitely made my experience a positive one.
