I came into the store not knowing what to look for and no experience or knowledge of diamonds or what kind of wedding band/engagement ring to look for. Marissa was the absolute best with her customer service and knowledge of the diamonds and she let me try on any and everything I wanted to experience. I was happy with everything, took pictures and jotted as much detail as possible so that I could share with my boyfriend. The very next day, me and my soon to be fiancé unbeknownst to me came back to the store to look at mine and his picks. Chris was a pleasure to meet and he was great with helping us finalize everything. As Chris and my boyfriend were finalizing the coinage business, I was looking at rings and chatting with my sister on the phone. I thought my boyfriend was coming back to sit down to talk about the rings and something made me turn around and there he was on one knee with the ring in hand proposing. Chris was a wonderful photographer. Thank you Marissa and Chris for making this a special memory I will never forget.

As soon as we came in, we were greeted with a warm smile by both workers in the store. Noran ended up helping us, and had LOTS of patience with us. We walked by since my little brother wanted to get his first watch, so we were there for about 30 minutes back and forth between different watches and even looked at a few necklaces. During this whole process Noran was very helpful giving us suggestions and helped us eventually get my little brother his first watch. We would definitely recommend stopping by!

Absolutely terrible customer service. So I go in for my birthday to upgrade my gold chain to a bigger one. Now I could have sworn I was told that I could upgrade my chain for in store credit or put it towards another jewelry item in the store but I could be mistaken. Next time I will get this in writing. Anyway I walk in and state my business and got shot down immediately “well we don’t do that here” in the snarkiest tone ever so I was like alright and I tuned around to leave. As I was leaving I was asked “who told you this” I said I don’t remember I think his name is Chris, she said “that’s the manager you will have to wait until he returns” I just chuckled and said no thank you. I’m sorry but you have a customer that’s going to turn in almost a grand worth of gold and has $2k cash in hand for an upgrade for my birthday and you shut me down before I can get a full sentence out of my mouth yea I’m just going to take my business somewhere else. At least be polite when telling me your store doesn’t take jewelry upgrades anymore. The good news is Jared’s seemed to want my business and said we can make a deal so I highly recommend going to Jared’s they seem nicer then the staff here.
