Great service. Everyone is so friendly and so nice as soon as I walk in the door. They are not pushy like a car salesman. The employees help you right away. Today I went in to sell some gold and pick up watches I had batteries changed in. Rezza was fantastic as usual. I feel I got a great price and was paid right away. Rezza is the just best. Last summer I had hurt my knuckles and my rings were stuck on. I tried everything with no luck. They cut them off and Rezza resized them for me perfectly!Thank you everyone,Lisa Sweeney

By far, the best place to buy jewelry in the area!!! All the staff were super friendly and kind. Osmarina was so knowledgeable and helpful and took her time to explain everything about the rings we were looking at. The work done on the rings we purchased were done to perfection and they finished the work in less time then they said it would take. I would recommend Quinns for all your jewelry needs.

I found this wonderful store watching their YouTube videos and immediately felt Terry is a trustworthy person. I first emailed and spoke to Laura who is just wonderful and beyond helpful! I was looking for diamond studs for my birthday and I knew what I wanted and Laura worked closely with me to make sure they came out just right. They found the diamonds and custom made them for me within weeks and shipped long before my birthday so I get to enjoy them sooner. Everything and everyone was just beyond terrific and I got the best quality and price I could find anywhere - just as Terry promised in his videos !!!

My husband and I thank you for such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I am pleased with all my repaired jewelries and my 18, 19 and 20 length necklaces required adjustments to align correctly so I could wear the three together took a team effort. Thank you everyone at Quinn especially Raza with his swift solution. Highly recommend as I plan to visit again.

Once again, Quinns Goldsmith did a wonderful job for a different sort of request. It was a very sentimental project those some I was finding difficulty getting someone to do it was setting a dog tooth into a pendant with my daughters birthstone. Not only did they get it done, But they had it ready for me to pick up with my daughter on her birthday while she was home from college.They also not that long ago repaired a ring. My son got for me when he was little. Unfortunately, the band on The ring broke. They repaired it, cleaned it, and fixed the prongs. As far as jewelry goes, cost wise, it was not a valuable ring. But this was a ring. My son chose when he was little. So for me, it is priceless.I am a jeans and flannel type of person, nothing fancy, yet they treat me with the same care, and respect as I have seen them treat People who come in significantly more well, dressed than I tend to be.Once again, thank you Quinns.
