1 kiosk to checkin and another customer blocked that kiosk and made me miss my checkin window. I had to wait another hour because walk-in was not approved.

Came here and checked in for a drug testing. Waited only to be told by the Felicity that they were not performing any testing due to their system being down. The sad part is that I fell like they were lying to me just so that they wouldn’t help me. Supervisor please look into this matter as some people don’t want to be driving around wasting their time and gas. I don’t recommend this place. Lazy people work here! Please put cameras up so that you can monitor their activity.

I wish i could give no stars. This place has terrible service, its a waste of time and effort trying to make an appointment also they dont take walk ins. No service up front to indicate times and calls. No customer service. Never coming here again. So many people waiting usually and no one attends either. Stressful!

I try to give a lot of compassion to customer service, workers, and companies in general—especially post-pandemic. I cannot give the same compassion to Quest Diagnostics. This location only has the one “self-check in” kiosque; no front desk receptionist, or really, anyone there to direct traffic in and out of the clinic. I had an original appointment at 11:50 AM. I couldn’t find the Q barcode for my appointment confirmation, so I stepped out to the lobby to find it. In the time it took, the two customers before me were not helped until the four customers who followed behind all of us had been helped; leaving a lobby full of confused, running-out-of-patience customers. Found my supposed code in 20 minutes tops—I had to wait almost an hour until a technician came back out to the lobby since there was no front desk. The miscommunication started when the staff thought I physically left the location, I told them I hadn’t and had just been waiting to get in contact with someone, and even still, had to wait even more time.By the time I was attended to again, I needed to use the restroom, holding it so that I could finish my screening and go home. Through my own saga, I had to reschedule again for 2:10; scheduling for the same day was easy enough, found my Q code, and came back.Lo and behold, this round, I couldn’t produce enough for a “proper” sample. In my time of trying, I heard staff making rude and condescending comments about customers and other staff through the thin walls of the bathroom. They were using the sample specimen lockbox for items and phones.I get out of the bathroom, and get a lecture—and asked “wasn’t I here 30-40 minutes ago?” I’m told that at this point, either I could come back in an hour (which I actually couldn’t do because they closed) or have my employer pay for another test essentially. I was told he would send it regardless, but to be prepared for another attempt. I was told to leave, but when talking to my company’s rep, apparently I was supposed to get a confirmation certificate after giving my sample. My own faults were not having my code prepared, and not knowing where to find it all this time. Yet I still find fault with rude, incompetent staff, who expect you to know how their own company process works. I find fault with there being NOONE to bridge communication between customers and staff, and small mistakes like this one, I’m sure, accumulate and start to cost employers and employees money and time. Even both of my company admin assistants on the phone could not reach their office to reschedule, and ask questions on my behalf. There would have been no harm in having a trained receptionist at the designated front desk area to help once again. All of staff hid behind their locked door, and if you needed help, too bad. If I have to get another test—I’m not going to this location.

The process to make an appointment online is malfunctioning so you have to walk in to set an appointment. After making an appointment the kiosk and the television in the room both say you can wait in the car because you will receive a text when it’s your turn but the people working there will skip over you if you are not in the waiting room. They also have no knowledge that the kiosk tells patients they can wait outside.

If you don't have an appointment, this location will definitely make you wait a few hours!!! No one ever came to the desk. Customer service was not at this location.

I would suggest to have an appointment created to save on time. I decided to take my chances today, I came in 10 mins after they had opened without an appointment. I checked in and waited maybe around 10 minutes to be attended. The lady that helped me was really kind and I was out the door 10 minutes later. They drew blood and I did not experience bruising. Overall I’m happy I came early and did not expect to be attended so quickly. Next time I’ll come in with an appointment though because otherwise the wait time is unpredictable. I like this location better than Marblestone office.

This place is horrible! I would never recommend anyone to come here for any reason. I sat for over 45 minutes after checking in for no one to greet you at the front desk nor speak to you to give you information. I’ve tried calling prior to coming to schedule an appointment but nothing on the teleprompter related to what I needed. There was no way of speaking to anyone so I decided to try to walk in and well that was a mistake. I went to find someone to speak with to see what was needed and I was greeted with a major attitude. Medical service care workers need a big attitude check at the door! I’m so sick of them acting as if they can treat or speak to patients any type of way! Customer service training is a big need in this industry because I’m frankly sick of it!!! Train medical service workers because their bedside manners are terrible and the people that work here all need to be FIRED!

It diesnt make sense for this place to move at a slow pace. Appt or not. Labs and urine collection takes less than 5 minutes. Waiting ranges upto. An hr. In addition the check time on the screen is inaccurate. I have been here since 1259 kiosk signed in. The board has me checked in at 1:52pm.

Checked in, waited for almost an hour just for the ladies in here to lie to my face that I never checked in. Horrible service and I hope doctors never send people to this place.

We went to this location on Saturday April 8 2023 and our experience was nothing but excellent. We had tried to make an appointment over the phone but apparently there wasn’t one available for the same day. So we decided to try the walk in. As we were trying to sign up on the kiosk, Cary Baskin, came out and assisted us with the sign up. Moments later, we were called in and both my children had their bloodwork done.My children were made very comfortable by Cary Baskin . And they stated that the experience was painless. Thank you so much for the great experience we had.

I went to my appointment on 3/13 to have bloodwork done. My test was ordered on Ulta labs and says it has a 3-5 day turnaround time. Today is day 15 and I do not yet have my results and Quest keeps giving me the runaround and they REFUSE to give me an estimated completion time. I have asked specifically for a time frame a half a dozen times and they avoid answering that one question. So, I guess i have to wait forever, or eventually file a fraud dispute with my credit card agency...

Came in as a walkin for a drug test. They told me 30min. Of course I have been drinking water before I came. No one comes to front desk. They move only when someone knock on door in back. They are disrespectful.
