Waited over an hour with an appointment, you shoudlnt even make a appointment you will still have to wait with walk ins , it’s crowded , no one at the front desk.

African american woman was so rude and not interested in customer service. Computers were done causing ppl to be waiting for hours with no update. Other customers had to inform us that we are waiting for computer issues. Woman also yelled at multiple customers myself included. Testing center says 4pm I went outside to get water and she locked the door. Left me there to not be serviced. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

Kiosk didn't recognize my appointment scan code so I had to rescan my ID and insurance card. Got there on time but they didn't see me for about 17 minutes which is acceptable but a little long. The staff person doing the work was nice.

No front desk staff, Staff and Kiosk tell two different things. I walked in as they say “walk in’s welcome”. Kiosk says no appts for 5 hours…..Only 3 patients here.

Unprofessional, lack of detail, told she couldn't help me get my test results to my Specialist Doctor also and I was told I have to give payment card or she couldn't draw blood.

I was a 'walk-on', therefore I expected to have to wait a couple of hours before being served. My name was called after only 10 minutes had elapsed. I was very pleasantly surprised! Thanks!

Everything went very smoothly. Very little wait time because I made an appointment. The person drawing my blood was excellent in what she was doing. No problems . overall experience was excellent. Thank you for your service.

I had a televisit with my doctors office on Friday April 19. I was told the doctor would send an order to Quest for the needed lab work. My husband stopped on his way home from work to pickup the ordered test. It included one tube inside a plastic envelope with a barcode written on it. But no directions. I googled what to do and crossed my fingers. My husband delivered the sample to the Quest office on Marblestone in Woodbridge this morning. They said there should have been two sample tubes. That I would have to redo the test. They threw the two tubes inside a paper bag and he brought it home. Once again no directions and this time no plastic sleeve to put it in. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I WILL NOT be going to them again.

I never thought I'd leave a review for a simple lab testing center that I went for a blood draw, let alone serve as a dissenting opinion to praise one, but here we are! So why review at all? Read on to find out. This place is appointment only. They take walk-ins, but note that you will not be seen right away as appointments get priority. The place was clean and you have to check in at a kiosk (although as far as those systems go, this one was very easy). Appointments can easily be made online. So why the 5 stars? It basically comes down to how nice the lab tech was. He was engaging with a sunny attitude. My blood draw was quick and painless, the appointment was short and on time, and I liked that there is a Wawa nearby so I could grab some quick sugar post blood-draw. But what impressed me was that the person who came in after me had English as a second language. She really struggled to use the kiosk as English was clearly not her first language. The tech came out and spent about 5 minutes calmly and nicely walking her through the process, welcoming her to the facility, and getting her set up. I rarely even find that kind of personal care at full doctor offices. I would go here again.

Came here as a walk in the waiting area was empty. Waited around 15 minutes then this guy comes in with an appointment understandable when the tech came to get him I asked how long would take for a standby she tells me oh I'll take you next. 4 clients after I'm still sitting here waiting. I understand I don't have an appointment but don't tell me one thing and do another. Had she told me she didn't know It would allow me to decide to wait or come back.
Poor customer service Poor communication skills.
And she had the nerve to tell me if I wanted to leave I could and come back with an appointment. Yeah....

Didn't open on time. No one is sitting on the front desk. I was the first person in the office and there kiosk doesn't work . I was the first person as walk in and they treated other walk in before they took me.

1 kiosk to checkin and another customer blocked that kiosk and made me miss my checkin window. I had to wait another hour because walk-in was not approved.
