So we bought the wrong size for our kiddo and they were super helpful when we called to inquire about a different size. Upon my return to the store to exchange the size I mixed up boxes. They didn’t reject my return and took it anyway and also assisted me in finding some other options to go with what I was looking for. The prices were decent for a kid’s shoe but I like that they accept returns vs the Nike store.

The shoes here aren't super expensive and still comfy. However, they didn't have any shoes in sizes under 7 womens, so if you have smaller feet, it's not with the visit.

I make purchases with my digital card, and when I try to refund the items, the store team refused because my card is not match their receipt . Do we have a solution for this issue ?If your system will not accept the return, why do you accept the degital payment from the beginning???
