Pullen performed our NTS packing and pickup - Mr. Floyd and his crew were outstanding. They arrived right on time, took great care of our things, informative about the process and explained everything they were doing, and overall professional throughout. Pullen sets the example for how a PCS move should go.

*Military move* From start to finish the company has been the best. Their operations department was quick and easy to work with. Jordan our driver for the move was awesome during the pack up as well as the delivery! He was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of for us!

Dishonest company . Few weeks ago on of there drivers hit my wife while at a red light. I called them and they said that all of their trucks have cameras that record while driving and that they would provide me with the video for insurance. Fast forward their insurance doesn’t want to pay for repairs and they don’t respond to my calls . Great job pullen moving company

Pullen moving made our move as smooth as any move could hope to be! The move out/in teams were professional, skilled, and an absolute pleasure to work with . We cannot thank Pullen moving enough for such a great experience!Edit to add: The only casualty of the move has been a single lightbulb which *I* packed. The team was incredibly thorough in ensuring everything was wrapped and protected thoroughly.

This is about a government move. Move started October 28th. I guess I had more stuff than they anticipated, because it was split into two trucks. They were asked to please put the bed pieces and the pet items on the first truck, because everything else could wait. The first truck arrived on November 9th. Unloading was speedy. No pet items and only the (now damaged) headboards. After this, there was little communication.At the start of December, I was told the truck hadn't left Virginia, but it would be here before too long. December 12th, my stuff arrives. Some of it. Things are broken or missing. If it could be taken apart, it was and the screws/pegs/wheels were missing.My dining table is broken, my computer and camera are gone (they were backed up, at least) and the thing that has broken me, my family's collection of hand me down Christmas ornaments. I trusted this company. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Military Move Review. Great experience overall. The crew was professional, attentive, responsive, careful and dedicated to providing a quality move. Our HHGs were well taken care of. They offered to unpack, we did a partial just to make room for everything in our tiny townhouse. Pullen does a box pickup at a later date FYI. As a mover myself, I appreciated the care the crew took in making this a positive and stress free experience.

We had a large move from overseas and Orlando and his entire crew were all extremely professional, polite, clearly cared about doing a great job, and worked very hard on a very hot day keeping positive attitudes the entire time! Wish I had them for all of my moves. Best moving crew/experience to date (out of 6 moves)! VERY impressed and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone! GREAT job!

Moving can be such a stressful time, and there are so many horror stories (especially with military moves). However, Blondie and her team from Pullen were AWESOME!! They spent 3 days packing our items into nearly 300 boxes and not a single thing was broken on the other side. They did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was packed securely, and I am so grateful. Definitely 5 stars for their service and making our move a little less stressful ?!
