Prince William Marina is a very beautiful marina with nice amenities and very nice facilities. The inventory is noted as the nicest and cleanest. The staff is consistently described as very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and organized, with a customer-first mindset. They are accommodating and quick to respond, making clients feel like part of a family-run business. The team is known for its integrity and for going above and beyond. The Boatel service provides clean, dry, and safe storage, with boats fueled and ready on the dock immediately upon request. The marina features a great restaurant, a heated pool, club house bathrooms and showers, BBQ areas, and a wash rack. They offer numerous classes and a free annual Coast Guard Auxiliary boat inspection. The parts department can get nearly any part needed, and the service department is thorough, honest, and quick. Reasonable fees, ease of scheduling, and the absence of an annual Personal Property Tax are appreciated. The overall experience is first class, creating lifetime customers who feel they belong.
