Visited 12/29/23 it was very busy. We went during the evening schedule 7-9pm. All employees were helpful. The entrance fee is $10 and the skate rental is $5. There is not a fee to be a spectator. They have a store and cafe on site. The great part is we are allowed to eat inside the rink on the bleachers.

The arena itself is wonderful, with an arcade, concession stand, and clean facilities. However I had booked with them for a party I was holding for my team. At the time of booking I was told $9 per skater and that I was confirmed for a party room and since they don’t do outside food or drink I ordered several pizzas as well with them. When I arrived the day of the only thing they had me down for was the skate time. They did not have a party room available or the pizzas and it was now $12 a skater. They were not able to fix their mistakes and seemed rather annoyed that I was asking them too and that I was even asking questions trying to understand. Although my team had fun skating they left disappointed with no food or area to celebrate their awards. Absolutely do not recommend booking your next event here.

Very nice facility. I was happy to be able to find parking nearby the entrance at a very full rink and felt relief entering a well maintained building. The locker rooms were spacious and I could only imagine they host great parties and public skating. The ice was well maintained, boards seemed to have a nice cut to them, no dips as far as I could see. Looking forward to more opportunities to visit

Went to watch my son play in the adult rec league - always fun. The grandkids had fun roaming around the bleachers.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. During the summer they only have public skating for an hour and a half in the mornings. Like we always do, we called the Ice Center in case reservations were needed for public skating. We were told by a lady on the phone reservations were not needed but that the Ice center closes at 11 p.m. i bring my entire stinger camp to the ice today only to get there and find out public skating was not available. I spoke to a very nonchalant manager who absolutely did not care at all and didn't offer anything but that maybe the counselor on my staff only asked when they closed and not the right set of questions to determine whether public skating was available or not.

Can only speak to the event we went to but it was so fun! Snow and story time seems to go about twice a month Nov - Mar. They put out toys (trucks, bowling ball and pins, sleds, shovels and buckets, and a small pile of snow on the rink! Then they had cookies, hot chocolate and read a couple books. The lady reading was very welcoming and sweet. It seems they do private events for 12 or more. I can't wait to see what else we can do ?

Excellent ice skating rink. Up to date and impressive facility in Prince William County. Very empty open skating during the week. Great instructors for figure skating.

Large ice plex with two rinks. We often go on the weekends and it is ALWAYS busy with lessons, hockey games, etc.Public skating is $10/person and $3 for skate rentals if needed. There is a little cafe where they serve snacks and beverages (alcoholic too.) Service there is always pretty slow, so beware. There's also a small skate shops with essentials.I do recommend PWC Ice for skating lessons through the Learn to Skate USA program. The coaches are great, especially Coach Philip and Coach Lucas at PWC Ice.

Fifth time in two years someone has either gotten badly hurt or games have gotten cancelled due to the ice not being maintained. The game at the other rink wasn't starting for 45 minutes so instead of cancelling that game and allowing the people that are already there to get their game in, send them home so people not there can make their games.

A nice facility with two ice sheets (one NHL and one Olympicsize), snack bar & pro shop. Friendly and helpful staff. There were some maintenance issues while we were here - zamboni issues & a zam door that wouldn’t close properly. But they worked through it and games went on.

Kicked me and my service dog in training out claiming “it doesn’t matter if they’re service or not someone here is deadly allergic” which is fully against the law-look it up on ADA.

A two ice rink facility, with bleachers and a high view point second floor for those who want to watch from the offices. Friendly staffers, and a food court there. No outside food allowed inside, and they ran a pretty smooth competition this weekend. While the parking can be a little bit of a pain, there is a commuter lot down below the hill that people can park in on the weekend.

Love this place. Ive gone here with family and friends to do the public free skate a few times now. Today we payed $30 for two for free skate for and hour and a half, which includes skate rental. Definitely recommend for family’s.
